Great product and it served its purpose.

Works in plug just fine. Will not connect with Alexa. Noticed the app has comments of this as well.

Would like a refund. I bought these to work with Alexa, which they do not. False advertising.

These plugs are very easy to use and set up. I love how its sold in a bundle and the value you are getting is incredible. I use these for my lamps and work perfectly fine.

So easy to install and if you have Google or Alexa all you do is command it and it turns them on and off. I use for my fish tank sub pumps with my back up generator and it works like a charm.

Worked with its own app but weve tried following the instructions and our own research but have been completely unsuccessful connecting with our Echo Alexa :(

This smart plug is dumb. The only positive is I have the ability to turn it on and off if I remember. The automations do NOT work from the app.

So easy to set up

Works great. Good build quality too, nice and solid. Dunno what people are talking about it being difficult to set up. Was straight forward in plain English with no problems. User error in their case haha

It didn’t work really well. I had a hard time connecting it into the app. Im gonna have to return it.
