I got a 4 pack so I will update once all 4 are live but - The two I’ve installed so far have been great. They don’t mention anywhere the name of the app FamilyWell Pro, but you’ll need it to get them on wifi before you can add it to Google home or Alexa. In Google home hit settings and scroll all the way to the bottom for Works with Google and you can add it there. All things that could have been in a little pamphlet. So, absolute trash to set up but I’d probably buy them again.

Despite advertising as Alexa compatible, this DOES NOT connect to Alexa. You will try over and over, and you will receive the frustrating Unable to connect to Alexa at this time. False advertising.

Received this set in a cute little little box. The setup is super easy and intuitive. The app interface is simple and highly functional as well. I would recommend it!

Do not buy I have been trying to connect to Alexa app for more than a hr already tried every method I even read everything twice still won’t connect garbage

Hard to program and set up.

This stopped integrating with Alexa in October 2022. As of Nov 28 the integration has not been fixed. Thats the whole reason I bought this, making it pretty much worthless.

This was impossible to connect to Alexa. Returned and purchased an actual Amazon plug.

I was hoping I could plug my Ring light into and not burn out the off and on dimming knob as the previous had burned out. Well, after 2 hours of getting this to sync the wifi - when it does, connected to the Ring Light starts flickering. So this was returned - May have worked on something else, but the time to sync - I wasnt trying to do that again.

Connected/communicated properly to phone app but not with Alexa.

If you can get it to pair then it’s good but don’t unplug it and try to pair it again.
