Good product at a fair price. Control of this switch with Alexa was never accomplished, dispute my best efforts…

I was hoping I could plug my Ring light into and not burn out the off and on dimming knob as the previous had burned out. Well, after 2 hours of getting this to sync the wifi - when it does, connected to the Ring Light starts flickering. So this was returned - May have worked on something else, but the time to sync - I wasnt trying to do that again.

Works great. Good build quality too, nice and solid. Dunno what people are talking about it being difficult to set up. Was straight forward in plain English with no problems. User error in their case haha

I understand you have to go through a third party app installation in order to connect to the Google home. But what do not me expectation was that I had to connect to the plug in every single day. It completely forgot the plug in for a week straight.

Save ur money and select another product

I purchased these to upgrade from the ones I have had for quite some time. After installing all 6 of these successfully, each and every plug would randomly shut off. I would have to go to different plugs and turn the power back on! When they did stay on they would disconnect from my wifi/internet. You would never know which one would be an “issue” on any given day. I tried contacting the supplier to see if there was anything I could do. I never got a response. I returned these and now I’m back using my old ones which work perfectly. I guess the old saying is true. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” I can not recommend these at all.

Setup went fine, setting timers was OK. But them randomly they dont have a connection if you reset them they come back but about once a week they fall off the wifi. Guess you get what you pay for :(

These plugs are not compatible with Alexa.

Plug indicated it had linked, but Nest Mini said it was not set up. Same result with Echo.
