ELEGOO Mercury Plus 2 in 1 3D Printing Wash and Cure Station V2 for Mars Photon S Photon Mono LCD SLA DLP 3D Printer Models

I use the Mercury Plus to wash and cure my game minis. I have had this in my workflow for a couple of months and I can say it has saved tons of time and materials. This is a tool in the must-have category.

I recently started 3D resin printing and figured I didnt need a wash and cure station. I quickly realized how messy this hobby can be and the wash and cure greatly reduces that mess. Any tools success is greatly affected by how it is used and developing handling processes to keep as clean as possible will help you greatly. My only criticism of this unit ( and most units probably) is the lack of a way to cure hollowed prints. If the makers of these cure stations could design a port (think of the OPTICAL ports on audio equipment) and a short fiber optic cable to get inside a hollowed print, that would be great. I know you can make your own flexible UV LED cable or use a UV flashlight, but it just seems to make sense to just build it into the machine.

Having never had to do the old school manual method of washing resin printed parts, I can only imagine how tough that must have been. But I have been using this machine since I started using my resin printer, and the ease of use combined with how clean it is when used properly, makes resin printing pretty painless.

So far its been working great with my mars pro 2. I do wish the head could be lowered even further.

Works great well worth the investment

Before I got the ELEGOO washing and curing machine I used to wash my prints in pickle jars, effective but time consuming and sometimes messy. This essentially automates the whole process, washes my prints and then cures them in one easy to use station. Totally worth the investment and I would highly recommend you get one if you have a resin 3D printer. Its such a time saver and elevates my workflow when dealing with a print. I love it!

The product is very easy to use and keeps the mess to a minimum. It is a great addition to go along with my Elegoo Mars Pro printer. Just unboxed it no set-up required. It works great.

I put 5 stars even there are few things need to be improved. This is the must tool you need to have if you have 3D SLA printer. Now I dont use even gloves because dont need to touch printed things. Its very easy to use - clean then light. Its quite quiet and I dont know what loud noise users didnt like in some previous reviews. Things need to be improved are: - there need a some sensor for light/clear because sometimes wrong mode can be run, - the round platform for light mode could be changed to be attached forever, then you dont need to attach/detach it all time, - plastic cover after few uses already scratched because its to tide inside, - better to keep the same time on timer after work is done, because to add, for example, 10 minutes every time takes a lot of work pressing + button :)

Well I just wasted $120. The unit arrived defective and just reboots if I attempt to cure anything. VERY frustrating, to say the least - and I cant return it, because in my excitement I recycled the box. Im now stuck with a $100+ dollar paperweight that can slightly rinse models. The agitator doesnt even do very much agitation, so even thats a bust. Real disappointment, I was really excited for Elegoos Mars & Mercury ecosystem, but now Im just bitterly disappointed. At least the Mars printed... but this just... doesnt work. No quality control at all??

For the price it does what it is built for. Happy with purchase. No complaints.
