ELEGOO Mercury Plus 2 in 1 3D Printing Wash and Cure Station V2 for Mars Photon S Photon Mono LCD SLA DLP 3D Printer Models

Having never had to do the old school manual method of washing resin printed parts, I can only imagine how tough that must have been. But I have been using this machine since I started using my resin printer, and the ease of use combined with how clean it is when used properly, makes resin printing pretty painless.

Had for a little over a week and used on about 50 prints so far. Saves time on clean up and curing. I had a couple of different workstations setup for rinsing prints (dunking in IPA, manually soft brushing, let dry) and a separate curing station. Now I have just one small 12 x 19 shelf to handle all the washing and curing. The washing mode is really good at getting all the uncured resin off the part and the rotating base for curing really reduces the cure time. Would buy again.

Unboxed the wash station to discover that the attachment fir the build plate was missing. The main reason why I bought the wash station was to wash the build plate. Cant do that without the attachment. So disappointed!

I had been using it for about a month when the bucket spinner started making clunking noises i tried to clean it and was not able to figure out the cause of the problem. I was able to reach them via the amazon store and talked with them about the problem and they were quick to give me suggestions and when those didnt pan out they promptly sent me a new bucket! they deserve every star

The elegoo mercury is great because it serves 2 functions and it performs both very well. Great usability and I would recommend to other buyers.

I already had an anycubic wash and cure, but my printers are all elegoo so I bought this to match. Unfortunately this product is inferior in every way. The fan in the wash tub doesn’t spin nearly as fast and so doesn’t wash as well. It also sound horrible, and I don’t expect it to last long. I also don’t like that I have to pick the amount of time for each wash or cure. The anycubic stays on 2 minutes if that’s what you pick. It’s also a little harder to tell if it’s on wash or cure. The turn table on the cure is also smaller. The anycubic in my opinion is worth the little extra money.

The basket is not even the same, the washing lid is missing and the whole assembly is covered in crud and gunk some parts are still sticky. I didnt select to buy a pre-owned model I was buying a new one. So why did I get a pre-owned one with different parts and missing parts?

I used this wash and cure station 5 times and it worked great during that time. I went to go turn it on and it is dead. No response what so ever. I will raise the stars if the replacement works better as I understand this may be a fluke.

Product has worked really well and I have to say the customer service has been on point. When it arrive I had a small part that had been broken in shipping, and one email to them was all it took to fix it. They responded very quickly and within hours I had a tracking number for the replacement part. Small problems like this will always pop up, but its how the company handles it that makes the difference. Will definitely buy from them again.
