Elgato Stream Deck MK.2 – Studio Controller, 15 macro keys, trigger actions in apps and software like OBS, Twitch, ​YouTube and more, works with Mac and PC

I bought this mainly for some shortcut keys for indesign, ones that are hard to reach or memorize that I use quite often. All I can say is wow!! It is super easy to setup also once you get the hang of it. For games it is also super helpful. I think my only complaint would be that I did not get the larger version.

Bought this device to use with Zoom. Worked for a few days and then it stopped working. Just kept showing a triangle with and exclamation point whenever a button was pressed. Tried all kinds of things to troubleshoot, but could not get it to work. Returned it.

Most Importantly: you need Windows 10 in order to run the software.

If you dont have windows 10 dont bother ordering this. Elgato has no plans of supporting any earlier versions of windows based on another review of this product and their reply.

Throws USB Device not recognised on all PCs Ive tried it on. Before this it used to randomly turn itself off.

Stream Deck is the most useful add-on key pad I have ever experienced - Very Good.

As a very happy owner of many Elgato Stream Deck units (6 and counting), Im extremely bummed to see that my brand new Stream Deck XL has a bad yellow cast over the entire screen (all the buttons). White icons look sepia-toned. This is usually do to miscalibrated (or cheap) screens. Im in touch with tech support now, and hoping they come back to me with a soluition. Ill update this review if things change. ...but for now, Im bummed. (my 15-key Stream Decks are still working and looking great)
