Elgato Stream Deck MK.2 – Studio Controller, 15 macro keys, trigger actions in apps and software like OBS, Twitch, ​YouTube and more, works with Mac and PC

Der Name Stream Deck täuscht immer etwas darüber hinweg, dass Elgatos Vorzeigeprodukt deutlich mehr Anwendungen bereichern kann. Ich habe mir das Streamdeck ganz bewusst als Editor-Controller für Shortcuts in diversen DAWs wie Ableton gekauft.

First off I want to say that this product was pretty easy to install and customize! Big marks for that! However, when the unit falls asleep, I didnt know how to wake it back up. (so I unplugged it and plugged it back in) (a bit of a hassle) Customization was really very easy and intuitive. Works great on the setup I have (using OBS over Zoom) This is making a real difference in how I make those Zoom calls now. ( I do magic over the Zoom calls and I can have multiple scenes to switch to) I got this on the July super sale from Amazon for $89! It was a steal at that price! I havent played with all the features yet (and there are a ton of them) but, I will get around to using them one way or the other. At full price, this is still a great unit to help with streaming. I dont think I will stream the same without it.

After using Stream Deck for a while the app wanted to update itself. It indicated it would make sure the new update was compatible with my OSX. After confirming it was compatible, Stream Deck installed the latest software and this caused Stream Deck to no longer function. I lost a large # of customization keys. I tried to use the back up that I had saved before the installation and it brought back a tiny fraction of the key customization. Stream Deck effectively killed a lot of work I had done and made it useless. And this is even though the install process indicated the new version was compatible. This misery and a few other issues is why potential buyers should avoid Stream Deck.

Bought to use with VMix, but have started exploring other programs and shortcuts. Big fan!

Muy sencillo de configurar, con opciones predeterminadas muy útiles y un gran potencial para crear macros que pueden hacer de todo

Hace varias semanas adquirí un Stream Deck de 15 teclas (MK1) con el que estoy encantado. Todo un descubrimiento. Ello me animó a adquirir el de 32 teclas. Sin embargo, la mala calidad del display de las teclas, al compararlo con el de 15 de 1a generacion, es decepcionante. En el XL los colores aparecen apagados y con un tinte amarillo evidentísimo. Sobre todo si, como en mi caso, pongo juntos los dos stream decks compartiendo iconos.

I wanted to like this item but I cant. The button presses are audible which makes it unsuitable for on the fly video recording.
