> 3 dayEasy to program and worked great and easily with my Wink hub. These give you two plugins per outlet and dont cover the other outlet as long as you plug it into the lower outlet.

> 3 dayThe Outdoor Switch was very easy to setup with my Z-wave hub and worked flawlessly with outdoor lights. My only complaints would be that it is a higher price than many smart outdoor switches and only has one outlet. Also, the cord is very stiff so tough to bend depending on how the outlet receptacle is positioned and may stick up instead of fall towards the wall. If cost were not an issue, I would recommend this product.

02-06-2025ring setup tips-- I couldnt find anywhere else (quickly), so thought I would share here -- to add, select security (not smart plug -- since that is ring) then scroll down to works with ring -- then, to switch new devices to be on the extender, just trigger them once or twice and/or use the connect button and then the signal warning icon in the individual sensor summary screen (battery, alerts on / off page, etc.) should go away (ring support-- please add this to the summary line, after the word closed-- low signal so its easier to find which devices need troubleshooting)

> 3 dayWorks perfect, no complaints at all. I love that it lets you decide if you want the LED to display while its ON/OFF or even never, several other smart outlets I have tried in the past do not give you this control and the LED can be annoying when used in dark rooms. I would buy these again if u needed more

> 3 dayNot sure why some people are having issues with using this switch with Smarthings (other than when smarthings is having other issues). I have a Gen 1 that I have been using for over 2 years and now this Gen 2 and they both work with no problems at all. The Gen2 does not have the rubber plug to cover the outlet, so if you plan on leaving it mounted outside with nothing plugged in this could be a problem. I dont mount mine so not issue for me.

> 3 dayI got this for controlling some party lights in our poolside gazebo which is covered, worked great until we got a rainstorm that blew some moisture onto the plug up under the roof…. The moisture killed it …. Not good for outdoor use

> 3 dayWorks well with ADT Command. You don’t need to contact ADT. You can install and delete it from your account with the ADT software, provided you are a subscribed customer and under a contract. There is a slight delay when turning the switch on from a cell phone but that seems normal. Other than that this device is rock solid. I have 7 of these with different options. None have failed in the past year. I recommend.
