> 3 dayVery simple to set up on the SmartThings Hub. The app did all the work. Havent had any issues at all. The push-button switch on the top is really easy to push for toggle as well.

> 3 dayNo issues pairing it to SmartThings. The newer way of adding a device by scanning a QR is nice. No issues controlling the outlet once paired.

> 3 dayThese GE Zwave on / off plugs are the best. I have tried and returned the cheaper ones but wont do it again. Spend the extra couple bucks and forget the hassles and drop-offs.

> 3 dayThe device really works great. However, the documentation needs to be corrected. I could not include this device into my Z-Wave network by pressing the manual on/off button once, as stated in the instructions. After fiddling with it for over an hour, I decided to give 3 quick presses of the button a try... and wow... it took off and got included.

Greater than one weekIve used GE/Enbrighten switches and plugs throughout my home for the last 5 years. They work great with SmartThings... until they die. Last year, one of the wall switches went. When they die, they make a distinctive click-click-click like a ticking clock. Not a huge deal I thought - just buy a newer model switch and swap it out. Things die sometimes. Fast forward to today, and this smart plug started in doing the same. Totally no functional, just getting the click of death when its plugged in. One failure is not a huge deal. Two? Im starting to wonder if Im going to soon be ripping out umpteen switches and plugs. Not cool.

> 3 dayPerfect solution to my SmartThings issue., I could not operate a door lock, as it was too far from the hub.. I installed this control halfway between my hub and the lock and it functions as a repeater also.. ALL works now!

> 3 dayAlmost 2 years to the date since I bought these switches. I bought 2 of them for my Kitchen area and bar area. Initial installation and pairing with SmartThings was just fine had no issues. The outlet pretty much worked as expected for the most part for 2 years. Then one day we removed one from the outlet to plug something else in temporarily. Plugged unit back in and the switch no longer works. It continues to turn on and off and on and off over and over. So I decided to try my 2nd switch at the other side of the room. It does the same thing. After much troubleshooting with the app and SmartThings support I get one of them to stop and start working again. One of them will not. That was the case for about a week or so when further troubleshooting by SmartThings suggestions and my 2nd switch starts doing it again. On and off and on and off over and over. You cannot reset the switch it is worthless now both of them and $70. Smart things now says that this GE switch is not supported and I need to contact the Mfg of the switch. The Mfg says its supported by Smart Things. So its the blame game now. In the end.. This switch should NOT be advertised as supported by Smart Things. I have multiple devices on my Smart Things home and most of them work fine. This one does not. I would avoid if you are on Smart Things. Im frustrated with both so I may end up leaving Smart Things for another system all together.
