Encore Print Shop Professional 4.0

great product. Replaced Print Master and this is more professional, it prints the entire sheet if needed and has many options. I would wish for more control, but I think it will be easy to follow for the novice and yet experienced people will get a good product from it. Works with windows 10. I make my own greeting cards and this works great for that... and some flyers.

Install perfect on windows 10 serves the purpose as always. I only wish their versions lasted longer than a couple OS upgrades. I dont use the product that much and that was the reason why I wish it lasted longer. Ive been using print shop now for the last 15 years

Been using Print Shop software since my first computer- Im not sure how you make a program that was previously fantastic in its field so utterly useless, but theyve managed it. Older files that should import do not (I get error message after error message), and you cant create new files for reasons Ive yet to figure out. Ive uninstalled & reinstalled & it simply does not work. Sad day- now Ill have to find another program to make up for this.

Havent got it to work and have had it for a while now. I had a older copy but it wouldnt work with the new 10 that was easier to use. I have never gotten it to print any of my projects.

Used print shop before, did all kinds of projects ... when windows 10 came along that all went out the window ... so along comes The Print Shop Professional to save the day and work with windows 10 (LOL). Got it loaded, icon looks good, select icon Print Shop window pops up looks good ... and that is as far as I can get, I think I will able to get it working someday, but as my DAD use to say aint easy McGee.

This program is a nightmare to use. I have used Printshop Deluxe for 20 years or more and recommended to many of my friends.Used it to make a family calendar every year along with our Christmas Cards and any other cards we needed. Everyone loved to receive a card from us as I could customize one of the templates with their picture and name. Over the years when I updated the software there was no learning curve to start using it. With 4. it was difficult to load and the learning curve was more then I want to deal with. Cant understand when a company has a product that works and then they update it to a complicated mess, another MS Vista or original 8. I will be returning this item and hopefully keep my 23.1 to limp along on Windows 10, until I find another program to use. I wouldnt recommend that anyone buy this program.

I used Print Shop 23.1 previously but it doesnt work in Windows 10 so when I upgraded I had to get a new Print Shop. This version is very different from the previous one and takes quite a bit of getting used to. You can do most of the same things but not as easily as before. It was a disappointment to me that I had to essentially learn how to use Print Shop all over again.

I bought this to replace my Print Shop 22, which the information presented said was compatible with Print Shop 1-- but, no, Print Shop 1 didnt want to work with my address book from my Print Shop 22. Very disappointing.

First off, it load the Smilebox software without my permission. I immediately deleted it. Then, I wanted to make my Christmas postcards I have made for years using Print Shop 23. I have also been given the option to use Avery Template for 4-to-a-page printing. There is no Avery templates in this version (some kind of Professional); you have to create your own custom paper. Then, I was trying to crop a photo and I got an error message that my photo size used too much memory and that I had to close the photo editor. I closed the entire program. Later I tried to start the program and got and error box that read Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. The program would not start. This is the worst piece of software I have ever seen. I have been using Broderbund Printmaster and The Print Shop for over 20 years and have never had any problems with them (5 or six different version over that time.) I will be returning this for a refund. Dont buy it.
