Encore Print Shop Professional 4.0

I read the bad reviews and ignored them, don’t make my mistake what they say is true down to the weird error messages.

Got this ver 4 so I would not have to keep reloading ver 23 everytime windows 10 did an update. It is trash it would not print clearly and after much to do with support they said they knew about the problem and did not have a solution or know when they would. A Print shop program that will not print? They said to save everything in a jpeg format (300dpi max) and print from another program. I had to go back to ver 23. It had some wonderful features but they do no good if you cannot print.

Rarely do I feel strongly enough to write a review. Ive been using Print Shop forever. As a small business owner, I make my own signs. With a new laptop, my old version wasnt compatible with Windows 10. Do I ignore the reviews and stay with Broderbund, or start over with something unfamiliar? I stayed with what I knew, and I regret it. This program is so full of glitches!! There is such a lag - any commands or modifications you make are delayed. It freezes up, I cant duplicate/copy a headline or text box, there are bizarre error messages ... so frustrating.

absolutely the biggest piece of sh__ i have ever used.. and have been using the old printshop for years... totally worthless, i would be embarased if my company put out a product like this...

I am running The Printshop 4.0 Pro on Windows 10 pro. I have experienced a few hiccups getting this software installed on Windows 10 ..usually this occurs after a some major Windows 10 update (Fall Creators). I was able to reinstall it with no problems. I blame Windows 10 for most of my software woes as this software by far is not the only one affected whenever OS updates are distributed

Program is ok but not even close to what my old print shop was. I wanted to add photos to my hobby album. Could not even find blank collage templates. It appears better than whats available elsewhere. It angers me that windows 10 could not allow old programs to work. They were much better.
