Encore Print Shop Professional 4.0

The only reason I bought this software was because Print Shop 23 wasnt compatible with Windows 10. I was actually excited to use it because I couldnt wait to see all the new features on this professional version. Unfortunately, I was quickly disappointed. Not only will my old Print Shop documents open, but most of the features are GONE! I cant group objects, there are only a few pictures to choose from and I couldnt create the things I usually create. (Just name a few) The format itself seems very generic. Time to find a completely new program to use. What a waste of money and it wasnt cheap!

I am running The Printshop 4.0 Pro on Windows 10 pro. I have experienced a few hiccups getting this software installed on Windows 10 ..usually this occurs after a some major Windows 10 update (Fall Creators). I was able to reinstall it with no problems. I blame Windows 10 for most of my software woes as this software by far is not the only one affected whenever OS updates are distributed

I dont like to give negative reviews but I have never tried to use such a bad piece of software. I promised my golf league a calendar but I cannot get the software to cooperate. I have paid my computer tech guy close to $400 to help me get this working. We put 12 gigabytes more RAM memory in my computer. It still doesnt work right--tons of lag when dragging a graphic, photo, anything. I have done calendars in the past and loved doing them. Do not buy this product. Badly written program. I wish I could get a refund.

worked for 6 months then crashed, tried to reinstall product and it wont install at all tried all possible fixes with no success stuck with worthless cd, what a ripoff !!!!!!!!! windows 10 pro X64, DONT buy this ripoff....

Waste of money, to upset to discuss details of this product/company just keeps falling lower and lower in there product.

Rarely do I feel strongly enough to write a review. Ive been using Print Shop forever. As a small business owner, I make my own signs. With a new laptop, my old version wasnt compatible with Windows 10. Do I ignore the reviews and stay with Broderbund, or start over with something unfamiliar? I stayed with what I knew, and I regret it. This program is so full of glitches!! There is such a lag - any commands or modifications you make are delayed. It freezes up, I cant duplicate/copy a headline or text box, there are bizarre error messages ... so frustrating.

This is a typical hunk of Broderbund crap!

Love this program as it works with Windows 10!
