Encore Print Shop Professional 4.0

RECEIVED DVD THIS DATE. HAVE TRIED TO LOAD IT MULTIPLE TIMES, DOES NOT LOAD. TRIED OTHER PROGRAMS TO LOAD AND HAD NO PROBLEM. TRIED THE DOWNLOAD COUPON IN PACKAGE, BUT ENCORE WANTS TO CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR THE PROGRAM. THEIR ON SCREEN HELP ACTION DID NOT WORK. SENT INQUIRY TO THEIR TECH SUPPORT BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED REPLY YET. SINCE I HAVE NEVER HAD A DVD PROGRAM FAIL IN THE PAST, AT THIS POINT I AM COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED IN QUALITY OF BROADERBUND PRODUCT. IF/WHEN THIS IS RESOLVED, WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW.

We installed it but cant use it. Even though the computer meets all specs, it keeps freezing.

This is one of the poorest program for making cards I have ever purchased ...

I am working on some projects so i will be using this

This is the worst program I have ever had and I have been using Printshop since the first addition and have loved all of them but his one. It doesnt do near as much as version 23 and 15, very complicated to use and get error messages continually. Would never recommend this to anyone.

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE IF YOU HAVE WINDOWS 10.

This software falls short of expectations inasmuch as there are no suggestions on how to use program! Would be nice with all these features to know how to use them.

Awesome!!! Took a little bit of time to get used to (Ive been using the last version, so its different, but the more I use it, the better I like it)
