Encore Print Shop Professional 4.0

It arrived with a big scratch on the disc and would not install on my windows 10

The Print Shop 22 and 23 are much easier and fun to use than Print Shop Professional 4.0. 4.0 features are limited and difficult to use. 22 and 23 features have far more selections than 4.0.

I have used PSD for over twenty years. Like most of us we had to update because of Windows. I should have listened to all the reviews I read. It is the worse. I have spent two days trying to figure out out to do something simple everything i found on line did not address what I needed. I am so disappointed it PS. At least if a book came with it. Even tried chat on Encore site. After I typed my question and explained what I was trying to do It then tells me that no one is available. Suggestion DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. NOT USER FRIENDLY

I have used this software for a long time, of course different versions, but the Professional version is the best, it is so quick, versatile and provides online additional fonts, templates, designs etc. love it. Now keep in mind I am currently using windows 8.1.

Rarely do I feel strongly enough to write a review. Ive been using Print Shop forever. As a small business owner, I make my own signs. With a new laptop, my old version wasnt compatible with Windows 10. Do I ignore the reviews and stay with Broderbund, or start over with something unfamiliar? I stayed with what I knew, and I regret it. This program is so full of glitches!! There is such a lag - any commands or modifications you make are delayed. It freezes up, I cant duplicate/copy a headline or text box, there are bizarre error messages ... so frustrating.

If it worked with Windows 10 it probably would have been simple to use. There was not an immediate chat, email or phone number to get help. You had to submit a work ticket and someone would get in touch with you about your problem.

Was very disappointed that it has no instructions on how to use the program, so how do you use the D...N thing!!!

I bought this to replace my Print Shop 22, which the information presented said was compatible with Print Shop 1-- but, no, Print Shop 1 didnt want to work with my address book from my Print Shop 22. Very disappointing.

I had the older version of Printshop and it had beautiful pictures to add to my letterheads and for use in my family newsletters. It could make pictures bigger or smaller, the colors were great. BUT this new one stinks!!!! Ugly pictures, no real photographs, ugly colors. All the characters are ugly cartoons in various shades of orange and brown. Totally worthless to me and such a HUGE Disappointment. Shame on you Printshop for such a crappy product!!!!
