Greater than one weekThe best manual solder sucker on the market. Can be a bit finicky to use, but miles ahead of any other pump type tool available.

> 3 dayThe pump itself worked well, but only for about 20 minutes. Was taking switches off my pcb and the little rubber tip just split. I see there’s replacements, but I’m hoping I won’t have to replace it every 20 minutes.

> 3 dayAs usual this product from the Japanese is strong and durable, it is price high, but it really works better than my 20 year old solder sucker pump, this is a step up the Royal Royce of theses products. This product like all, you need to keep it clean, and yes it does get pretty clogged if not cleaned out a lot. It is in my opinion this is the last solder sucker I will ever need to buy again.

Greater than one weekYes, the silicone tip on this clogs quickly. Sometimes, every 1 or 2 uses. But it works so much better than any other solder sucker that it is still worth it. A minor annoyance for significantly better results.

> 3 dayThat was my main question before buying this item because I didnt see an answer anywhere in the description. So yes, the one that I received has a 2 length of additional tubing. Its in a retail package with directions for use, as well as tear-down and cleaning directions, which is a nice touch. Overall, a very nice improvement and upgrade over the small, blue pump its replacing. Update: After using this for a bit, I have one complaint. The tool is too short to hold in my hand the same way I hold other solder suckers. It often falls out of my hand, and I have to hold it in a completely different way - a rather unnatural way - to hold onto it. My hands are only slightly larger than average (Im 511 tall). Im not going to take away any stars for that, but I think its something people should be aware of. Otherwise, its a well built, well designed, well functioning tool.

> 3 dayReally. Well-built, high performance, will last a long time if it is properly maintained. Small and easy to set and trigger. The silcone tip is, on average, a plus though you have to take care to not crank your soldering iron up to 450° C. Follow the instructions to keep the nozzle clear. Save the instructions, use and maintain it as described and you will be happy with the performance.

> 3 dayRead and believe the other reviews, because this pump is bogus. It is true, the build quality is tip top,but here is where in lies the deception. The suction is on par, but with the aluminum end cap/suction nozzle, the molten solder instantly solidifies on contact with the cool aluminum and promptly jams the nozzle. this pump would be near perfect if the manufacturer made the end cap and nozzle separate pieces. True, this pump can be used for tight situations on very small solder pads/joints, any more than that youll be literally drilling the solder jam out. do yourself a favor and buy a Soldapullt.

Greater than one weekThis thing feels like it was made to last. Definitely worth the money. Make sure to care for it, clean it, empty it, etc. and it could last a lifetime. All metal, no BS cheap plastic. Perfect for tech hobbiests and DIYers needing to dismantle or scrap old electronics.
