Engineer SS-02 Solder Suction Device

At first I could get it work for what I bought it for .... Sucking up solider from solidering pin holes... It works very easily on surface solider tho... I tried with solider iron heating from the front from behind adding more or less soilder nothing worked... Finally I had the idea trying it with my hot air rework gun... and man what a difference... Cleaned up all my holes in less than 30 secs just pop pop pop and I was done... So if you have trouble heating the soilder in holes just use hot and this and easy peasy lemon squeesy

Product arrived with the end bent!! Not good inspection before shipping!!! Straighten it out very carefully due to the type of material it is made of.

Great, well-built tool. I cant imagine trying to use a solder sucker without a flexible silicone tip.

What I like about this compared to other solder suckers is the quality metal casing and the flexible tips, it allows to suck up solder easy, however the plunger is so fragile I had to buy 3 of them and all of them broke within weeks of use. As a hobbyist I think its decent but i wish they made the plunger sturdier and the hole larger so it wont clog up as often

What a GREAT product! I had investigated quite a few devices and methods for removal of solder and this device came highly recommended. Upon ordering I received a prompt email from seller stating the delivery method and possible length of delivery out of Japan. I had heard this prior so was aware but it was great to hear them state it upfront, so quickly after the order. Ive received the device a few weeks back and wow, this is a great device. Everything about it is excellent from the plunger to the tube to the threads and o-rings installed. Everything fits together well and works like a charm. The best device in class I could have asked for!
