Great security cam for home

Eufy is owned by Anker which is a Chinese company. I understand these days that people aren’t concerned about this but you should be. If you must get this camera then make sure you get the HomeKit version out the box with the Apple HomeKit specific scan code. If you don’t have an apple product then stay the heck away as Apple is the least of all evils when it comes to US companies protecting you from China. Also, you must, unfortunately, connect this camera to a highly suspect hub device which connects to your router. Now you know.

While powered this device has absolutely no drawbacks by itself. The battery is total garbage! It dies every other day which defeats the entire reason to install a wireless camera. I wish I could travel back in time and slap myself for getting this.

Bought this camera to look after my pet while I was away and didn’t realize I had to also purchase a home base for the camera. Now there is no time to get the home base delivered before my trip, even if I wanted to spend the extra money. Wish it was made clear that buying just the camera is useless

Purchased this Eufy 2C Pro camera to add onto my existing Eufy 2C camera system. It works together seamlessly and the picture quality is a bit better in terms of resolution than the regular 2C. Just like the 2C, this 2C Pro is just as easy to setup and install.

Works great, easy setup

Just added this to my home-base 2 and battery doorbell. Im super happy with this system, just ordered another camera for my driveway. Zero complaints, do not hesitate to give company a try.

Resolution is good, you can zoom in on video in the app. Was easy to mount and get charged / connected to my home base. The only real downside that I see with this one is that its SO expensive! One camera on sale was $100. I mean its worth it but when I bought the 3 pack with home base, I think it was just over 200 .. so.

I have eight of these now around my house I feel very confident in them catching anything that moves in my yard

Got sound feedback from one of the camera units. Placed it on a small empty box, and that seemed to quell the issue.
