Before you invest in THIS non security system Do Your Research, Eufy has lied and got caught. Do Not Trust Eufy. after getting caught with false advertising and security flaws they admitted to security flaws and just changed there wording admitting they got caught.

First, these arrived very nicely packaged. Great opening presentation. (If thats important to you.) Besides the tools needed, everything was included in the box to install these. linking these to the base station was an absolute breeze. (You do need a base station with these cameras.) Installing them was pretty typical two screws to put up a bracket and then the camera installs to that. Be careful you dont put the plastic bracket up too tight or the second part the bracket wont screw on properly as it will warp. I thought I read that these had the smart ability to detect the difference between humans and all other motion. Not so sure if thats true. One of the camera I installed looks at my driveway. When first installed it kept reporting on all the cars that passed by our house on the street. Very annoying. Solved by simply tipping the camera down more. With the phone app Im almost always able to connect to the cameras. Only time Ive had issues is if Im looking at a camera, close it and then change my mind and try to reopen immediately after. With the PC browser portal its hit or miss whether or not I can connect to the cameras. Im dubious of the 180 day battery life claim, but I suppose time will tell.

I’ve had this thing for a little over a month and a half, and the battery life remaining sine installation, I’ve estimated, will reach close to the 6 month mark as advertised. Very pleased.

I was loving my system until they took it to upon their selves to improve the software. They removed the ability to take your finger hold to select. Now you to use a button at the top, BUT after you do you have exit the program to use it again. I have 12 cameras, I do this ALLOT. IM VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS.

This is the second defective 2c pro I have received. Neither of them will record after detecting motion. I have 4 other eufy cams that work great, not so for these 2c pro’s

I have ordered multiple cameras. The last two eufyCam 2C Pro cameras that I received, did not have plastic wrap on the package. The camera did not have plastic on the face of the camera which resulted in the face of the camera being scratched during shipment or possibly by the person that returned it. I question if these units should have been sold as “used” instead. The first replacement was received properly wrapped and packaged. Will have to see how the second replacement comes in. Probably won’t be purchasing anymore because of this.

Best decision to switch from Arlo. The alarm system with the away setting works like a charm.

May take time to learn spotlight capability. If this happens, adjust by reducing light intensity on camera app.
