With this system, there is no monthly fee. You put the app on your phone and you get a notification when the camera senses movement and will give you face recognition if the person is in the viewing field of vision. I originally bought two cameras and a home base, but then added a third camera for my office, but keep it off unless we’re going away.

Beware - we had to recharge these around 30 days (we bought 3 total). We then purchased solar panels made to help these wireless cameras, hoping it would help. It did not. The cameras are still losing charge, and weve disarmed them so that were not even receiving alerts. We might as well not have any security cameras if we cant ever have them alert us or record activity. We were told by Eufy that the cold temperatures cause the battery to drain. If thats the case, then it should be clearly stated that these will not work in areas that experience cold winters.

Easy to set up and link to the home base. Only issue is that it appears that the motion sensor is a bit too sensitive and picks up motion outside of the zones Ive defined (front yard/driveway). This is tolerable as I dont have this device set to generate an alert/alarm and just have it recording when tripped. However if it was, then it would be constantly going off (cry wolf) due to traffic in front of my home.

Notification Response time is a bit delayed. Not too bad but noticeable. Otherwise I really like the quality of the image and ease of setup.

These really give you a feeling of security on your patio entrance.

Work great easy to set up

Here are some pictures of day and night. During the day, the camera works great, at night it’s horrible! I’ve tried cleaning the camera lens, moving it to a different location, resetting it and the same thing happens. I love this security camera set up, I got 2 more located in front of my home that work flawlessly! My 2 cameras in the backyard suck at night?
