About an inch or two longer than a 40 gal breeder , so youll probably need locks on it if you have something that can get out of the cage. Other than that, it looks good.

This replaced a lid where the screen tore from the hinge in the middle. It is sturdy and fits very well. However with put ball python, he still escaped by pushing up on the middle hinge so we just put hand weights on it as we have clips on the ends(sold separately)

Adopted 2 Hamsters had a screen cover for one enclosure but needed a cover for the second. I was unsure about ordering online but took measurements and ordered. Gast delivery, packed nicely, and it fit my 55g tank. Light enough to open easily, but sturdy enough to keep the cats out. I love that its hinged and will probably order another one to put on the other enclosure.

This was the wrong size, though it said in the description that it should for my size tank. Its going to cost me $5 to return it, so that is a big waste. Im the mean time, my snakes remain in tubs while I try to find the right lid.

A little big for a 40 Gallon breeder tank but I bent the edges a bit so it isn’t so loose. I really like the hinge.
