I didnt fully understand the directions.

Bought for a older computer never could disk to work

This was the best item I could have ever brought, it worked just the way it was supposed to, it so so simple and worked on the 1st try, it also saved me $90.00 that was the price I was quoted to reset password

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME

Not worth the money they charge.

It was quick and easy to use.

It did not work, I am a LAN Administrator, I use this sort of items, it does not work. Period

Simply didnt work for Windows 10 Pro.

I tried all the tricks I could find on the web and YouTube - spent a couple hours with no luck - bought the password reset disc and in 20 minutes my laptop was good as new!! Very easy to use and it works as advertised - super easy and fast!!
