IT DIDNT WORK!!!

Bought this because I couldn’t get into my old HP laptop with windows vista and all the tricks just weren’t working on my laptop. Bought this desperately hoping it would work and it did! Easy to use instructions and worked like a charm for me.

I knew how the change to boot from internal cd. However there is nothing in SAM Directory. No Admin or User Name. Now waiting for Customer Service, which says may take Hours to answer via Messenger. Will give different rating if ever this works!

Geek Squad could not get into my laptop and tried to talk me into a new hard drive. This disk got me in. I was able to access my files, and the computer is working fine.

Tried to follow the directions but had trouble following step by step on a Gateway. Contacted support and got a quick response and great help. You are a life savior! I hadnt used my computer since school had shut down and couldnt remember the pass word. I had tried everything. Thank You!
