Most Neatsfoot oil is a 5 or 10% solution; this is 100% and works very well, as its supposed to for softening leather. Hard to find, but this is it.

I am totally unhappy with the neatfoot oil. The oil smells like used french fry oil. I have experience with neat foot oil and it never smelled like what i received . it even had the taste of used oil.

Fiebings is the best! I have been using it on my baseball gloves since I was a kid. Im 63 years old, still playing Senior Mens Baseball, and still using Fiebings. Delivery was fast, and the price knocked it out of the park!

I love Fiebing’s Neatsfoot oil. This works really well in my Red Wing boots. Every few months I brush and wipe down my boots, pour a little bit in the bottom of a bowl, and rub it into the leather with my hands. After the oil dries your boots will be darker but will lighten up after a short time. This will do a good job of protecting the leather from water damage, while keeping it soft and comfortable.

I have bought both the Kiwi and Fiebings. This is the best, and is 100% neatsfoot oil. Have used it on my baseball glove, knife and hatchet sheaths. Note: Darkens the leather, I didnt like the blonde untreated leather. This preserves the leather for use in all kinds of weather. Does not take much, a little bit goes a long way.

I used this on a fairly stiff gun sling. After one application, the sling was buttery soft. Amazing stuff.

I had used bees wax on everything leather for years, and thought i would give this a try. Scrubbed boots with saddle soap and let dry for several days. The boots soaked up lots and lots of oil. I used mink oil about 25 years ago on some old hiking boots, and they got moldy. Used various bees wax products for decades with no problem. Not sure why I tried this, but will definitely discontinue use of this product on boots, leather gloves, etc. Might be better for saddles and tack, but have no experience with all that.

This product works!. I bought some cheap halters made with leather from India they were so stiff and unusable I was thinking about throwing them away. After wiping on a thick coat of this stuff working it in they are supple enough to use on my horses in a pinch. There is absolutely no smell or odor from this product. I’m not sure why others are saying there is, there isn’t. Bottom line is I’ll be using this on all my leather. Tip: Do yourselves a favor and don’t buy cheap leather from India, it’s not worth it!

I have used neatsfoot oil before and I liked the results. I had this really old dirty pony saddle that I restored using neatsfoot oil. I did not think it was possible to make stiff dry cracked leather become supple again but it worked great! Great product.
