The fire starter is a great addition to our hiking and camping bag we have put together. They dont take up too much room and easily clip onto a key ring to keep them together and handy. The whistle works great and the fire starter sparks quick and is easy to use.

After a little practice, was able to get sparks and found it easy to use. Small enough to keep in a pocket. Comes w/ bonus whistle that I take on my trail walks for safety. You could put on a keychain or lanyard. If you’re an outdoorsy person, you won’t regret buying this tool!

This set is nice, looks well made and my husband loves it. He said it’s very convenient to carry with him. He likes to go hiking in the woods and needs tools like this for starting fires. Feels and look sturdy you can attach it to your backpack or around your neck. The whistle was surprisingly pretty loud too.

As an avid outdoorsman (hiking, hunting, camping, fishing) I always carry an emergency fire striker. After recently moving and being unable to locate mine, I researched and decided on this striker set. In a nutshell, it works GREAT. The striker throws sparks like I’ve never seen. Hands down, this is the best striker set I have ever owned. And as a bonus, the rescue whistle is very loud and the three pieces together are super compact and lightweight. I 100% recommend this tool.

I love the security that this provides!!! Knowing that I have this in my Go Bag really brings me a lot of relief. I showed my son how to use this and it worked immediately. He practiced and was able to easily get a spark! A big plus was the whistle it came with which was an unexpected surprise!!!! Added this to my hiking backpack, never know when it will come in handy. Fire stick works great, you just need to scrape the ruler against it and it makes sparks

This will be great for the many camping trips I take. It works great and is a convenient size for a keychain or to fit in your pocket. It came in a box so it can be wrapped and would make a great gift.

Huuggeee sparks come out of this one . I’ve had other fire starters that make small sparks. The stick itself is also big so it will last a while. Don’t really use the whistle but maybe someday it’ll come in handy because it’s really loud. The other fire starters I’ve used are much harder to make fires with and I use them at work all day.
