For years I wanted to order a turn table so we could listen to our old 33rpm records. A Christmas gift mainly for my wife but I too am enjoying listening to good music. The turn table is very sturdy and was accompanied by good instructions. Thank you. We both are enjoying your product.

I really wanted to like this turntable. I did a great deal of research and thought this would be a quality product. For many people it sounds like it is. For me, however, the motor driving the belt malfunctioned after having the turntable for less than one week. This resulted in slow, inconsistent speed and poor, extremely pitchy audio output. Fluances technical support team was fantastic in trying to remedy the situation, but in the end concluded that the motor needed to be replaced. A two-week plus repair process for a less than one-week old product seemed unreasonable to me. I returned to Amazon and will go with something else. Again, my experience appears to be different than many here, but for those with negative reviews, the belt motor seems to be a common issue.

This is the perfect turntable. Sound, quality, the way the arm gently floats down to the vinyl when you release it…it’s so worth the money. I was looking to upgrade my starter Audio Technica that was skipping horribly whenever I played new records. I needed an adjustable tone arm, which was an important feature for me. I liked my automatic turntable but I’d rather lose that over control of the weight of the arm. Also, this has an auto stop feature but it doesn’t work all the time. It’s ok, I’ve trained myself to get up at the end of the record and turn it over. Set up was easy but you must follow the directions very carefully when putting on the weight and setting the tone arm. Everything else is magic after that. I really like this turntable. Since it has a built-in preamp, I paired it with the Klipsch R-51PM Powered Bluetooth Speaker. No receiver required and it has excellent sound! Worth every penny and it doesn’t take up much space.

Wonderful turntable. Ive been using it now for the last 3 weeks and its perfect. Easy to setup, the vinyl sounds incredible. I paired it with an Yamaha Receiver and Monitor Audio Bronze 2 speakers and it fills my bedroom with warm rich sounds.

Ive been limping along with my 70s era ELAC turntable and spent more on repairs than its worth. A friend had purchased the Audio Technica LP120 and I really liked that turntable and was ready to pull the trigger on buying one. But, then I found a review on the Fluance RT81. The AT really had a lot of features I liked, such as the USB, but the Fluance just looks better.

So far so good with this record player. Im using a pretty old JVC receiver and two really cheap Fisher speakers, but it still sounds great. Even old records that are super scratched sounds very good. Id recommend definitely!
