Product arrived with a bent stylus, it has now been over 3 weeks and I still havent received the replacement. Customer service for Fluance has been shockingly slow, its taken about 8 emails back and forth, and each response has a lag time of 3-4 days.

I am a total newbie when it comes to vinyl but I am a HUGE music lover. All genres. Getting into vinyl is intimidating because you get experts telling you what to buy and how much money you need to spend to get decent sound. Its a bit daunting.I did a ton of research and the reviews from newbies like me and audiophiles about the RT81 sold me on this turntable. It fit within my budget and sounded reliable based on reviews. And I can tell you, it totally lives up to the hype. Its my very first turntable so I dont have much to compare it to, but I did grow up in the digital age so I know decent sound when I hear it. Its good, trust me. It has the classic look I was going for with the quality to match. Plus, the set up was a breeze. I havent touched a turntable in my life and I was able to get by with the instruction manual and the fluance videos (The videos were extra helpful when it came to balancing the tone arm). My grandpa was big into vinyl so picking up this hobby makes me feel closer to him. And Im so happy that fluance makes a good quality, BEAUTIFUL piece of equipment in my price range so that I can play his old records with confidence. Love it. Recommend it. Just do it. Seriously.

Great sound quality for the price. Although Some of my records are about 40 years old, the sound quality through this turntable is excellent.

LOVE it. Its perfect for our Airbnb. I didnt want to spend a ton, but wanted something better than a cheap suitcase-style player. This was fairly easy to set-up, thanks to the video instructions on YouTube. I got the matching speakers and we were playing records in no time! So fun. And it looks awesome!

Was easy to assemble beautiful finish looks nice and sounds great I use a record weight cuz my albums are 30 40 years old couple or little warped so the weight helps a lot the stylus is good the sound is accurate no complaints its very pretty well made unit with great sound quality but of course Id always like to get things cheaper but its worth the price

Exchanged my model for black and Fluance/amazon were both understanding. Package was refused and new model was given in turn.

Sounded great out of the box. After about 4 records it started slowing down. Support tried to help, however after seeing the same issue from another reviewer here I decided to go another direction.
