> 24 hourGreat sounding record player! Easy to set up. I had to watch a YouTube video about arm and counter weight setup. Great value for the price. Glad I made the purchase. This, and some fluance speakers and a preamp and your set!

> 24 hourFirst off, Ive wanted desperately to love Fluance. Really. Ive tried to. I scraped together (and sold some stuff) so I could have a decent turntable. I studied up on dozens of different tables but this one continued to come up as the best bang for the buck. So I finally ordered it. When it arrived I set it all up and started it in. But the wow and flutter were out of control. I boxed it up and sent it back for a replacement and the people in customer service were great. This was in August. I got the new one, set it up and have enjoyed it. I bought some AI60s to match and have had all sorts of issues with them and the customer service was weeks at a time in responding. I decided to just eat the cost and enjoy them for what they are. One day Ill sell them and get something I like. By the time anyone actually responded my trial period was done anyway. So that sucks. Now my turntable is having issues with 45RPM. If the autostop is on, it slows WAY down the last 3 or 4 seconds. There are a few 45s it DOESNT do this on but it does it on most. It does NOT do this when the autostop is off. I bought this because it had an autostop feature. So there is obviously something defective on it. But, even after sending a video of the exact same record showing that it slows down on one setting and not the other they responded that it was an issue with my records. Seriously. This was well after a week of sending the email. I realize we are in a pandemic and things are slowed down a bit but this was an issue I had in January so thats not the problem. The problem is they dont care. And their products are amazing until they are not. And then you wont get any help. So, even though Ive given them multiple chances (and hundreds of dollars...dammit why didnt I go for Technics and Klipsch????!!!) Ill write these guys off for good. Unfortunately Im stuck since I cant afford to replace all this stuff :(

> 24 houri looked into this turntable for months before purchasing and i have no regrets at all. i upgraded from an AT-LP60 and am very impressed with the quality of the fluance. i love that it came in white which matches my room perfectly. setup was very easy except it did take a little while to get the tonearm balanced but there were no issues with the turntable itself when i began unboxing. it looks great in my room and i love that i can upgrade the platter and the stylus along the way. so happy with this and i see a difference from audio technica if anyone is wondering if the jump in price is worth it!

> 24 hourComing from the lower budget TT, this is blowing me away. I like that I can upgrade the needle and the platter and end up with the high end model. The sound is great, it looks fantastic on my shelf, I love how the black vinyl pops out a bit more on the lighter bamboo color, and i dont have to worry about walking lightly or worry about my speakers on the same surface ( i still use isolation pads for the speakers) affecting the playback. The instructions walk you through the setup pretty good, but you may want to look up a video on calibrating the tone arm because the instructions for that are a little lacking for a first timer.

> 24 hourThis is a high quality product for the price. Hard core audiophiles might want more, but you can upgrade it with a better cartridge and platter. If youre that discerning buy top of the line Fluance for $499 and get that baked in. I just wanted to listen to my old vinyl records with some fidelity. I replaced a 1980s Technics, direct-drive turntable that was a quality unit for its time. Repairs would have cost me about the same price as this unit. I think this one sounds cleaner, no perceivable wow and flutter, comes with a decent cartridge, and has excellent isolation from external vibration. Unless you want to pay a $1000 and up, the whole line of Fluance turntables offers some good compromises of quality and price.

> 24 hourI waited a month for this to come in and it was worth every second of it. I had read reviews and researched a lot of other turntables and even returned (the pro-ject) one to get the Fluance. The sound is crisp and you wouldnt even know there is a motor in it if it was possible. I did purchase an acrylic platter and it was 100% worth the upgrade. Would 10/10 recommend this to anyone in the market for their first turntable or even if youre in the market for a new one. I almost went with another pro-ject turntable and Im happy I didnt. You certainly can not beat it for the price (I purchased mine at 299, Im not sure what its at now). The only thing I would have liked to see is the option to purchase a Grado cartridge but I can always do that in the future anyway. Still, the Ortofon OM10 cartridge is an all-around great cartridge and I can see why they would offer these with their product.

> 24 hourthe people who make products why wont you look at it from the stand point of the customer. tonearm adjustment is a joke when you can barely see the numbers. no place for the 45 adapter. finish is so dark you cant see the wood grain.

> 24 hourThis turn table is pretty nice. I upgraded from a briefcase record player. Had no idea how much those are trash. Balancing the tone arm is an art and setting everything up is pretty straight forward. It’s a work of art to look at. Chose to go with rt-82 for its ability to upgrade to be equivalent to an 85 if I so choose in the future. I totally love this turn table.
