Im amazed at how much bass this puts out for a record player in this price range. Sound quality is excellent and the look of this thing makes me feel like Im an audiophile.

The beautiful design and high quality parts make this the perfect HiFi addition to an entry level system.

I picked this up looking for a quality platform that was good as is, and also would be good for future upgrades. The beauty of this table is in how much it can be further upgraded with almost no hassle. The body is very sturdy and weighty, and does not shift around at all. The platter is belt driven, so it gets little physical vibration from the motor. The cartridge is pre-aligned from the factory, so you dont have to worry about alignments as a beginner. It comes with a cue lever, so if youre the type to be nervous about dropping the arm too hard, you dont have to worry. Overall its a great purchase.

I waited a month for this to come in and it was worth every second of it. I had read reviews and researched a lot of other turntables and even returned (the pro-ject) one to get the Fluance. The sound is crisp and you wouldnt even know there is a motor in it if it was possible. I did purchase an acrylic platter and it was 100% worth the upgrade. Would 10/10 recommend this to anyone in the market for their first turntable or even if youre in the market for a new one. I almost went with another pro-ject turntable and Im happy I didnt. You certainly can not beat it for the price (I purchased mine at 299, Im not sure what its at now). The only thing I would have liked to see is the option to purchase a Grado cartridge but I can always do that in the future anyway. Still, the Ortofon OM10 cartridge is an all-around great cartridge and I can see why they would offer these with their product.

Solid, well made unit. Packaged expertly, with clear, well defined setup instructions. I was spinning records less than an hour after I opened the box. Finish on the piano black plinth is outstanding. Great cartridge/stylus. Auto stop works if you dont rush to turn off the player when the record finishes. I liked it so much I bought another for my son.

One of the best TT Ive ever owned. I hope to use it to get back into vinyl listening.

This does a lot of things great. Great instructions, comprehensive packaging, sounds great in the best case scenario. However, they went cheap on the stylus. Once u get to the last one or two songs on the record, it struggles mightily on tracking - including new records. The stylus is cleaned regularly and routinely underperforms on the last couple songs resulting in heavy distortion. This would be a 5 star product if they instead included the OM20. You’re better off getting a $100 turntable with a $200 stylus.

Easy to set up, works well with my older 70s receiver.
