I had bought this in hopes of my hermit crab loving it but I didnt realize that he hated it so much he was digging to get out of it rather than to stay warm. I shrugged it off thinking it was just to get warm so I left him there for another day. He died 2 days after using the product and Ive had him for a while with no problem before.
