Indispensable for a Fluval FX5 canister filter. The white polishing pads are too dense and get clogged far too easily and quickly. These blue pads are a good compromise.

Im sure these would work great in a fish tank, but I have 2 turtles in a 120gal aquarium and these make my filter clog within a week. The debris and gunk that the turtles make builds up on these pads like crazy and no water can go through.

3 canisters 2 pads 3 boxes 2 months. you guys should allow more quantities for people with more canisters because i can only get 1 month of use out of the 3 boxes

I love this Bio-Foam. Its great I have it on auto delivery for every two months. I use mainly for a reminder to clean the filters.

I use these to clean the sides of my aquarium walls. They work great for cleaning both brown and green algaes off of the glass. I dont know what I would do without them - they work better and are safer than any other sponge or cleaning pad that I have seen.

Buy these not the white ones. The whites one get flat and clog up the canister, thus slowing Dow the out put of water back into the tank.
