Ive waited a long time to upgrade my Fenix. Had a Fenix 3, which didnt even have a wrist HR sensor. The Fenix 7X was the one that finally convinced me to drop nearly $1K on a watch, with so many new features compared to my Fenix 3, including a touchscreen and the ability to set activities up from the phone.

For the price of this watch I expect them to have the software figured out and not lead the FAQ with the tired old (its somebody elses fault that our software wont download and install correctly). Has tons of great functions battery does not last nearly as long as they claim without using GPS. Solar function has little to no affect on battery life. Frankly far less than impressed by the quality, build and functionality of the watch.

Expensive but no regrets ! Help me track my sleeping, my footsteps, heartbeat and my activities.

It was a gift to my girlfriend. She likes running but also workouts. She likes very much workouts in this watch. Also, running functions are awesome, especially the heart efforts indicator. This allows to descend the effort at right time especially in hot summer time. Numbers of workouts availables for download and video animations of exercices are very helpful and motivating.

This absurdly priced watch has one of the dimmest screen I have ever seen. It is only reasonably visible in strong direct sunlight or in nearly pitch black situations. And even in the later case, you have to press the brightness button to get any semblence of readable text. The menu navigatgion is also a nightmare. No wonder all the reviewers crow about is the battery life becasue that is the single positive thing about this watch.

Its my third Garmin. Had the 235, the 245 music and now bought this because I wanna start doing some open water swimming. Could have bought the 745 or the 945 but since I have a small wrist those wore oversized. This Fenix 7s I can wear it to work or going out with friends.

This is the great all purpose watch

Screen light is starting to die it’s been little over a month and they won’t accept the return or replacement I don’t understand weird

Ive had numerous FitBit devices. The last was a FitBit Sense Advanced which lasted < 3 months and they refused to replace it.
