El producto hasta ahora funciona pero llegó la caja interior del reloj maltratada y sucia con huellas y grasa al parecer por lo que parecía usado y no se pudo obsequiar como se esperaba, el producto está en buen estado hasta ahora pero su empaque original debió haber sido envuelto y manejado con mayor cuidado para que no pareciera usado, sobre todo por el valor que tiene.

I have the 6x and it is great, the 7x is an all around improvement, the best out there!

Hice el cambio del forerunner 935 a este fenix y la cantidad de datos que tengo ahora es impresionante. Quizás no vale la pena si tienes alguna versión de garmin más reciente

My husband loves this watch . He loves all the features this watch has to offer. Dislikes... He says some times the watch disconnect from his phone for about a minute. Overall he says 9/10

Screen light is starting to die it’s been little over a month and they won’t accept the return or replacement I don’t understand weird

Overall the watch is nice. The battery life is amazing. The issue is that it restarts in the middle of all my rides that I do in the morning. On todays ride I lost probably 5 miles, an unknown amount of calories burned, and my pace is shot to crap. It restarted 3 times. So instead of focusing on my ride, pace, breathing, etc. I have to keep breaking focus to check to see if my watch is tracking me. I have shut off the auto-update, but it still restarts on me. I will update after I talk to Garmin support.

I saved for a year to buy the highly anticipated new Fenix 7X Sapphire Solar. I set up the watch as Garmin instructed and the features on it are absolutely amazing. The battery life is out of this world too! However, my watch does not tell time correctly and pixelates the time after a new minute or hour has passed. It does this on multiple watch faces. Tried contacting customer service for Garmin which has been nothing but frustrating. They cant figure out why it does this. They first asked me to download a new watch face, which didnt solve the issue. They asked me to download beta software to solve it which didnt download properly. Now they want me to send the device back to them and wait another 2 months for an exchange or pay $540 to keep the device while I wait for a new one to be available. I have had the watch 4 days, and have spent over 9 hours problem solving this device. If you get a functioning watch, enjoy the amazing device. If yours does not work, good luck because I understand the pain you are about to endure with it.
