04-06-2025Wifi signal stopped working after a power outage I had this morning. Up to that point, it was fine except for the occasional popping sound like when you turn on or off individual outlets. I couldn’t get it to reset no matter what I did. Followed every step in the book and searched online for help. Garbage. Every other device in my house can take a power blip just fine but not this one after only 6 months? I don’t even want the warranty coverage and should have read the reviews before throwing $20 away on this one. I bought a KASA and will see how that goes.

> 3 dayEasy to set up and no problems with Alexa communications with the device. I will be buying another soon. edited a couple months later. The device died from a power outage. It shows power is on but none of the outlets will work and it will no longer connect to the internet. I still love this product and ordered another one. One major hiccup, I contacted Geeni support via their chat connection on their website. The next day I get a call from the same help desk area but this time around they try to scam me with they owe me $499.00 .... and need me to install ultraviewer on my computer. BIG TIME SCAM .... DO NOT USE THEIR HELP DESK.

Greater than one weekSo you can turn the whole strip on and off or ..... you can turn each outlet on and off individually. Im using mine with an aquarium with several lights plugged in. With Google Home I can turn on a light at sunset and then turn on the brighter lights and hour later. In reverse, I can turn off the bright lights at midnight and then the smaller light fifteen minutes later. Much better for the fish. On gloomy days I can just say Hey Google - turn on outlet one and the small light comes on. Such granular control. So many things you can do with a device like this.

> 3 dayWorks great sometimes and not so great other times. I use Alexa with this plug and sometimes it turns the stuff on when I tell it to, other times I have to repeat myself several times to get results. But worth the money, do have 4 different items connected to it.

> 3 dayWe LOVE this power strip. No more bending or contorting our bodies to fit under furniture in order to turn this power source off. We use Wi-Fi signal to operate it and it’s wonderful. I highly suggest this for the use with fishtanks, so you can hide the power cord underneath the tank and not have to worry about easy access later. Also, I’ll be buying more to use during Christmas, so that I can control my lights through my phone with the Wi-Fi feature. Highly recommended for those Who want the convenience of the control in your hands at all times.

> 3 dayIt was very easy to connect to my wifi. I use it with my Google home, I use it for lamps in my bedroom. U can program each slot separately. So I just turn my lights on using my Google home. Very handy

> 3 dayThis product works well and is relatively inexpensive so I cant knock it completely. However, I would like a web interface to be able to enable ports in an automated fashion. Example: power up a light plugged into a port in response to some event detected by a third-party device/system. Like a motion detector or a door opening.

> 3 dayI use this in my office to control some light fixtures that cant use smart bulbs, and its been fine. Each outlet can be named and controlled independently, but I usually just use them all at once by telling my smart thing to turn off the office and it just poofs the whole office into off mode.
