I purchased the 6-outlet version of this about a month ago, to use with my desktop PC and monitors, and so far it has been fantastic. I use it not with Alexa but with Google Home, and I have had no issues there. I did have a little difficulty setting it up - but that was entirely user error (I forgot I had changed my WEP key... oof), and had I not made that mistake, would have had it up and running within minutes of receiving it. Something I appreciate is that it makes a satisfying click when turning the outlets on or off, which is both pleasant (imo) but also useful for troubleshooting. The only thing Im not wild about is having to download a third-party app in order to integrate it with Google Home, but ultimately thats not been an issue. It doesnt take up much space on my phone and has not been pushy or annoying in any way - I tend to forget its there. Overall, this is a great value for a smart strip, I would recommend it.

Would be 5 stars, but discovered tonight that if you set up a time schedule and then change the time(s) for whatever reason, theres a chance it wont actually turn the sockets on and off at those times anymore. Fixed it by DELETING the times and then adding them again. Great app other than that, i use this to control aquarium equipment, lighting and co2, among other things. So just be careful when adjusting on/off schedules and make sure to delete the schedule and do a new one altogether and you should be fine.

These things are great. I have a bunch of single outlet models that are $10 at Wally World. This is a great concept. I use mine for a neon light in my bedroom as well as the air conditioner. I can turn the air on an hour before I get home from anywhere. In the winter I have a heating pad between my blankets that I use to keep my feet warm. I can turn it on from the living room before I go to bed. I also have some of the smart lights from geeni too. Only ever had an issue once or twice with the WiFi, over a 6 month period. Could have been my WiFi. Hey none of these things are perfect all the time. I don’t have Alexis so I can’t say about that.

This thing is *fine* when it is connected and works, but God forbid you move and have to change your Wifi. It is ACTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE to reset it and connect it to your new network. I have spend 5+ hours today ACTIVELY WORKING TO GET THIS FIXED and there is NO WAY TO RESET IT. IT IS ACTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE. I can not stress this enough. Everywhere online says to hold the power button for 5 seconds to reset it but that only turns it off, it arrives ready to set up for the ONE AND ONLY TIME you can set it up. Oh and also if its off network long enough you can forget about using it EVER AGAIN because it will REFUSE to rejoin your network EVEN IF THE NETWORK NEVER CHANGED. it just has to be offline for a few minutes and the device is rendered COMPLETELY USELESS. DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. HARD. EARNED. MONEY. ON. THIS. LITERAL. E-WASTE!!!

I like these I set a schedule for light to turn on at any point of the day. They can be on when I get home so Im not walking in the dark

Easy to control, love the scheduling. It is controlling my Christmas lighting and works perfect.

I actually purchased a second one after the first was so easy to set up, and it seems to be pretty reliable. Google Home is notorious for suddenly not being able to find devices, but this power strip proves that its Google Home and not the device. Even after something like a power outage, it quickly reconnects and reliably controls devices. Shame that more manufacturers cant produce that kind of reliability.

The device connected to the network after several attempts. I set up rules to leave one port on all of the time, 3 ports are on an on/off schedule every 12 hours, so each of those ports has two rules, one for the time to turn on and one for the time to turn off. The last two ports are off all of the time. Right away, one port on the 12 hour schedule misbehaved. I reset everything and set up the rules again. All was mostly good until we tried to use the last two ports. I added the same rules, but the ports would not shut off. I’ve tried resetting and opened a problem with he manufacturer. I have had no response from them. Had to abandon use of the last two ports. Our others continued to work properly and after two months, including the time change and network updates, of working properly, they have suddenly begun ignoring their rules. Would not recommend.
