> 3 dayIt worked great for the time it worked. Ive had for a few months now and now both of them stopped functioning correctly. My timers were off. Theyll turn on and off at random times whenever it feels like it. Although I could still go in the app and turn things on or off manually. It was getting really annoying that it didnt function correctlt anymore. So I tried resetting it and reconnecting it. Could t find it and connect it anymore. So now it just works like a normal basic power strip. And its not just one. Its all of the ones Ive got. They all started not workiny randomly. Not all at once. So Im giving it a three star cause they worked great when they did. But now theyre just basic power strips.

> 3 dayThis product came trashed. There is no way that the product I received wasnt used or refurbished despite it being sold as new. There is some obvious signs of wear on both the box and inside components. But NEED outweighs the cons for me at the moment. So Im stuck with it. If I had another option I would. Easy to install and app is fairly straightforward to connect. Some of the prong holes are a little tough to plug things into, but as I only needed it for 3 items I simply used the other outlets. Wi-Fi signal is good.

> 3 dayThe Geeni app kind of stinks so I manage the strip threw the Alexa app instead. I am happy with the product itself though and would purchase another.

> 3 dayI have automated several homes with many brands, and this smart strip is priced nicely and easily installed and configured. This is the first of many that I will be buying for myself and others.

> 3 dayHard to sync up with wifi at first. Worked fine for awhile till water dripped on plug and shorted out powerstrip.

> 3 dayIt‘s suppose to be new but it looks used with a little wear. We’ll see if it works or if I have to send it back.

Greater than one weekSetup was a breeze, create a Geeni account, add the device to it. I also connected to alexa. I was looking for something to shut off my monitors and computers overnight to save energy as the rates here are skyrocketing. Problem is, I would be sitting at my desk, sometimes on a zoom meeting and the smart plug would decide to power off and then on. Not good as it takes a minute or 2 for everything to come back up again. Double checked there were no schedules run to cause this. Checked for new firmware. This happened at different times too of the day too. After the 4th time it happened while I was presenting remotely, I returned it.

> 3 dayI love this - its easy to set up more so than other wifi plugs I have used. Its great having all of the plugs on one surge protector. Setting up the schedule was a bit clunky and then its more infuriating when nothing turns off. Its not like it doesnt ever turn off, but the days and times which it actually decides to turn off are hit and miss. I had plugs from enbrighten and those schedules were way easier to set up and much more reliable. I think if someone can figure out their programming side of this on their app, it would be the best wifi plug. So Geenie, please update your app!

> 3 dayThis power strip has a major design flaw. If you unplug it or lose power, the Wifi will stop working and make the strip useless. There isn’t even a way to make the outlets turn on manually. Customer service is also slow to respond to warranty replacements. The 1st unit was eventually replaced free of charge, but that one broke the same way the first one did. It has been a week and customer service still hasn’t responded to my inquiry about a refund (no need for another replacement, this is useless if it keeps breaking after power loss). Glad I was home when both instances happened, otherwise my fish would be dead… I ordered another strip and tested it for the same flaw: works perfectly. Don’t waste your time with Geeni. Spend a few more bucks and get a reputable brand.

> 3 dayIt is a great value because you get 4 outlets that you can control independently. The price was not bad and the quality was much better than I expected it to be. This geni does good work making your outlets smart also has 2 usb ports to charge stuff the wires and case were nicer than you would expect for the price.
