> 3 dayWorks great. Just what I was looking for. I have my lights and pumps for a saltwater aquarium automated using this strip and it works great. Easy integration with Alexa was a game changer from having to use the Geeni app outside of the scheduled on/off functions. Only issue I’ve had is not directly linked to the product, but more so Amazon was that the first smart strip delivered looked used. But Amazon customer service took care of it for me. No foul on the actual product for that though.

> 3 dayI like it so much because I can control all outlets anywhere through phone and by Alexa at home

Greater than one weekWorks great, the only issue I have is the schedule doesn’t always turn the switches on or off. It’s likely user error but since I can’t figure it out it’s a minor issue. But all and all the produce is great and I love how you can control each plug individually.

> 3 dayI had no issue with setup. I can turn on/off each plug via Alexa or Google home. This saves me money as I only turn on things connected to my TV as needed. The app looks like a copied version of Tuya / Smart Things... but alot of smart devices have apps that seam to borrow from that app.

> 3 dayI use this in my office to control some light fixtures that cant use smart bulbs, and its been fine. Each outlet can be named and controlled independently, but I usually just use them all at once by telling my smart thing to turn off the office and it just poofs the whole office into off mode.

Greater than one weekI hooked this thing up in my studio so that I could use my phone to toggle the power of some of my audio equipment that doesnt have an on/off button, and save some electricity when the studio isnt in use. Ive only had it hooked up for a couple of days, but it has already done this more than once! Basically, for no reason at all, the power strip will randomly switch off and almost immediately turn back on again. This causes a big voltage spike/power surge which is potentially very damaging to professional audio equipment. If this happens even one more time, Ill most definitely be returning this device for a refund and investigating alternative power management options. A surge strip should never power cycle like this for no reason whatsoever, especially not a smart one! Aside from what is connected to the Geeni surge strip, none of my other equipment had any power interruption when the Geeni strip power cycled, so I know the issue was isolated to this device and not some other systemic problem with the power here.

> 3 dayThis power strip has a major design flaw. If you unplug it or lose power, the Wifi will stop working and make the strip useless. There isn’t even a way to make the outlets turn on manually. Customer service is also slow to respond to warranty replacements. The 1st unit was eventually replaced free of charge, but that one broke the same way the first one did. It has been a week and customer service still hasn’t responded to my inquiry about a refund (no need for another replacement, this is useless if it keeps breaking after power loss). Glad I was home when both instances happened, otherwise my fish would be dead… I ordered another strip and tested it for the same flaw: works perfectly. Don’t waste your time with Geeni. Spend a few more bucks and get a reputable brand.

> 3 dayWe LOVE this power strip. No more bending or contorting our bodies to fit under furniture in order to turn this power source off. We use Wi-Fi signal to operate it and it’s wonderful. I highly suggest this for the use with fishtanks, so you can hide the power cord underneath the tank and not have to worry about easy access later. Also, I’ll be buying more to use during Christmas, so that I can control my lights through my phone with the Wi-Fi feature. Highly recommended for those Who want the convenience of the control in your hands at all times.

Greater than one weekThis only just recently started messing up on me. its still supplies power but the smart functions seem to have completely gone away. I cant reset it or get it on my network or anything. I contacted geeni and they sent me a replacement though so that was nice. Other than that, I really like these power strips. You can control each individual outlet on them or the whole thing. Works really well through Alexa.

> 3 dayupdate If you have no Internet you have no connection , and secludes will not work if you internet is out , Even if you turn the stuff on manually with no internet connection it will shut itself off , after losing almost all the Livestock in my tank I moved everything off of it but the lights , with the storm the other day and having no inter net none of the timers for the lights worked and like I stated with turning them on manually it still after like 5 or 10 min would shut them back off . Have to replace now and was a waste of 30 bucks. and Tech support is useless i after my first issue with it all they did was read off what was in the little setup paper. WiFi signal is very weak so cant be too far from a router but the worst thing with this and all the ones i have gotten I did not know this till after I got them If you are to have a power outage say from a storm or someone takes out a power pole this dose not go back to the last state that it was at when the power come back on it defaults to off no matter what not a bad thing if you have things off when this happens but if you have things on and the power goes out what was on will not come back on till then next timer on cycle for it
