I received this item on March 5, its been working until 3 days ago. Just one day beyond the 30 days return window. I am disappointed that it last only 31 days. I am looking for find a solution so that I can get a replacement. Please help. Solution found - the mfg replace this and had great customer support.

I bought this about a year and a half ago. Its a great size, super soft, and worked great until it didnt. Now when I turn it on it briefly gets super hot, even on the lowest setting, and then it stops producing heat, all the lights start blinking simultaneously, and the buttons stop working. Im super bummed!

This is a rectangular shaped heating pad and quite larger than heating pads I have purchased in the past. I like the large size and the softness of it. Has 3 settings.

Just the right size for my back and neck. Soft , gets warm fast
