Greater than one weekNOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 10. The Amazon page says compatible with Windows XP and above. That is NOT accurate. After receiving the hard drive, I found out that I needed to format the BlackBox Plus for Windows. No instructions for Windows 10, not even on their website. It is NOT compatible with Windows 10. I took a chance and plugged it in.The computer never recognized it. Cant format a drive that the computer doesnt even see. I then searched the internet. Other Windows 10 operators had posted the question too. No answers. On the Glyphtech website, I found a users manual for the Black Box (not the PLUS). It was dated December 2013. The BlackBox Plus does not have a users manual, only an info sheet. No instructions on Windows 10 there either. I emailed the company. I got an initial canned response along with a link to frequently asked questions. Well, it is a Saturday. Perhaps Ill hear from them on Monday. That will be too late. Ive already printed the return label and boxed it up. In closing, if the visible quality of this product is this bad I certainly wouldnt spend good money on it. However, I did and now I regret it. Buyer beware.
