Simply the BEST tape for outdoor/weatherproof tasks. Use this tape when putting an outdoor AC covers. The addition of this tape to really secure the cover to the outer case. It holds without fail, through the rain, snow and cold of winter. Only words of praise for this weatherproof tape. Go, go, gorilla tape.

I ordered this for my husband who is “on-line impaired”. He uses it to patch our rubberized roof . He hasn’t complained and he is very fussy so I think he feels it’s doing the job and worth the money.

Works great ....I used it to fix my outside tent....its almost sticky like tar....use wisely to get more from it!

I had a leaky sunroof on my car and I knew it was from the seals but didnt know where so I did what any woman does, I put some of this tape all the way around it. (It never opened anyway). No more leaks and its held through 2 winters and 2 summers so far without any part pealing or coming off. It blends quite well too, no one has noticed its even on there. When sticking it on I obviously had to cut and trim and those parts came off without any issues, didnt pull any paint off either.

Every year I have to seal up my mothers wall ac unit so cold air doesnt come through in the winter. And every year, this is the tape I use because nothing is stronger or reliable. I only have to tape it up once and it doesnt come off until I rip it off when it gets hot enough that she needs to use the AC. Because its so strong it is a little challenging to get off but not too bad. I use it outdoors on metal so I cant speak to paint damage. I would imagine if you use something this strong indoors, it will likely cause some kind of damage to your paint or wallpaper when you rip it off.

This tape is very sticky and I love Gorilla products but this tape doesnt hold in the heat 90 degrees weather and everything falls apart!

This is the best long lasting, sticky tape. Works great for emergencies.

I used it to wrap a foam tube that I placed over an A/C copper pipe. I had to apply quite an effort to peel the tape off the roll, but does it stick to the skin! What is more important: the glue is not gooey, like on the usual duct tape. It grabs and doesnt let go! The tape is also much thicker than the usual duct tape. I hope it works to resist the California sun -- will check in the Fall.

As I would try to unroll the tape it would keep getting stuck and would suddenly become very difficult to unwind. Looked like there was extra strong glue places in the roll every few inches. Might have been easier had I had the arm strength of a man but I usually can hold my own when needing to use my arms for things and but this was a challenge for me as a woman. I’m sure this tape will do the job based on the brand’s good reputation though just wish I didn’t have to battle that extra hard/sticky spot every time I unrolled it.

This is the strongest duct tape I used so far. It still loses its stickiness over time. Once put on, it is extremely difficult to remove.
