> 3 daySo I normally don’t bother to leave reviews; but this tape is incredibly impressive. We bought this tape to try an repair the reusable bag my son uses for his outdoor recess/snow gear. As any parent knows, a first grader can be savage on their bag(s). We are a month and a half in since “Operation Tape Reinforcement” and the tape is holding up perfectly. Wet and cold, and the tape is holding together better than the bag. I figured that it would be a daily activity to repair the bag, and mess with the tape. But we are now weeks in its still holding strong.

> 3 dayIt’s almost like a rubber tape that sticks to pretty much anything. I can easily see it making it through a Minnesota winter, once it’s stuck down you will have to cut off. Best tape out there, it’s no joke and you can tear off roll with fingers.

> 3 dayIMHO, Gorilla (duct) tape is probably the most respected by outdoor enthusiast, of all brands. I think thats because it can be used in a wide variety of ways, where many other brands fail to fix the problem. For instance (all of these have been tried by myself, or by friends): 1) fixing a hole, in a water-resistant tent, WHILE its raining! 2) fixing a tear in a tent - and having it STAY fixed during the whole camping trip. 3) staying pliable, but ALSO staying attached - even when the tape is in direct sunlight, on a hot day. Pros: listed above. Also, good value (amount of tape vs. cost). Cons: 1) Its a BIG roll of tape! And, its HEAVY, and harder to find a spot for in your pack. I wish they would sell the same amount of tape, as several (3-5) smaller rolls, especially for backpacking. Solution # 1: roll a few feet around a container already in your pack. Solution # 2: roll 18-inches around each ferro rod - as an improvised handle, and as a fire starter (if needed).

> 3 daySo, either im doing it wrong. But then again, how do you use a tape wrong. The contact surface is clean, no chemicals and it does not stick. Either I got a manufacture defective product or this just does not work as advertised. -Zinc - Concreate walls - Wood (No paint) - Wood (Paint on it)

Greater than one weekI really like this tape and its weatherproof, but the last 1/4 of the roll doesnt have as much adhesive on it so doesnt stick well. The adhesive is best at the beginning of the roll. Ive used 2 rolls so far and it happened on both of them.

> 3 dayI am pretty disappointed. Not sure if I got a bad roll but this stuff isnt very sticky/doesnt have high adhesion at all. Its tape... it sticks... but its definitely not the stickist or strongest tape out there. It comes off of surfaces very easily it just leaves residue behind. Exceptionally disappointing.
