> 3 dayThis stuff I thought was a bit pricey, but I have found it to be worth the price. So I had this Brita water container and the entire top corner broke off and I could only use half the container. I wrapped this around it without the broken piece and I kid you not I can fill it all the way up and there is no leaking - I AM WOWED! I moved on using it to tape up my husbands side mirror and it has held up well outdoors. I even used it to hold in a back window on my car when one of the hinges broke apart, I had to use a lot of tape but it is holding up and not leaking into my trunk. I give it a five star for water proof for sure! I am unsure about how easy it is to remove because I want it to stay.

> 3 dayI ordered this for my husband who is “on-line impaired”. He uses it to patch our rubberized roof . He hasn’t complained and he is very fussy so I think he feels it’s doing the job and worth the money.

Greater than one weekAs I would try to unroll the tape it would keep getting stuck and would suddenly become very difficult to unwind. Looked like there was extra strong glue places in the roll every few inches. Might have been easier had I had the arm strength of a man but I usually can hold my own when needing to use my arms for things and but this was a challenge for me as a woman. I’m sure this tape will do the job based on the brand’s good reputation though just wish I didn’t have to battle that extra hard/sticky spot every time I unrolled it.

> 3 dayI am pretty disappointed. Not sure if I got a bad roll but this stuff isnt very sticky/doesnt have high adhesion at all. Its tape... it sticks... but its definitely not the stickist or strongest tape out there. It comes off of surfaces very easily it just leaves residue behind. Exceptionally disappointing.

> 3 dayI read the full description and I didn’t see any warnings on this product about not using it on certain surfaces. I was doing a project in my car and initially started out with painter’s tape. However, when the painters tape didn’t hold up, I decided to use just a few pieces of this just temporarily. Only a few minutes on the upholstery left a few thick - but smaller-yet-extremely-obvious - patches of black adhesive. In my attempt to get it off, it has completely smudged and RUINED every bit of the upholstery on this side of my vehicle. I’ve tried a few different methods to remove it and it only gets worse with each attempt. I also used this (in the same project) for a permanent fix on untreated wood and the tape came off within hours, leaving permanent residue on everything it touched in the wind. Essentially, it permanently sticks to everything except what you want it to. I will never use this product again.

> 3 dayThere isn’t a comparable brand of duct tape that works this well. It’s hard to get off, but isn’t that the point?

> 3 dayOverall, the tape is excellent, however, it was not until I received the product that I learned it is not appropriate for repairing my cut garden hose. Inside the tape roll is the fine-print statement, Not for use on applications under pressure. I suggest that the seller make that fact clear in the product description.

> 3 dayI bought this tape wanting something that wouldnt peel off with cold and warm cycles like some duct tape does. The purpose of my purchase was to use this tape to close gaps between the top plate of a wall and some foil bubble sheeting that Im using to weather proof from the roof overhang into the house for new construction then to tape along the edges of the roof baffles up to the roof peak vent to ensure an airtight transfer of air between the overhang up through the roof vent. This tape doesnt really stick well to the plastic baffles or dimension lumber or the participle board roof sheeting nor the foil bubble wrap that Im using to seal the foil airtight that I stapled from the top plate of the wall to the roof sheeting. See picture. You continuously can come back a day later and need to smooth the tape back down to the surface as it continues to come off. The tape says to apply above 40 degrees which it is. About 55 degrees here during the application. I also tried to bring it into the heater space and apply to a warm piece of wood and it made no difference. So Im returning the last six rolls I purchased as Ive already burned through six and will need to find something else that has much better adhesion and will not come unglued creating drafts in my ceilings. I will likely try to buy a few different rolls single at a big box stores and try them out and then pick one that will seem to hold up. This product doesnt seem to have many purposes honestly. It would never have been exposed to the outdoors as it claims it could be, however if I were to do so I would have zero faith this product would stay stuck. It may last a long time as it does feel durable but if it doesnt stay stuck what is the purpose. I would consider this a big false advertising item in general. I almost want to test in various circumstances but I dont have time for that. Ill likely not buy gorilla brand herein as it is more pricey than other brands and this was a BIG waste of time and money for me.
