Good quality and the handles are not flimsy. Use this for Taekwondo training with my daughter and we both love it for home practice.

It is good but wish handles were softer.

We got this because my son needed to practice at home. He usually would push off us but this blocker is perfect for that. Can use the techniques he learns at practice to continue them at home. Holds up really well and can hold it in a couple different ways which I like.
