We bought this to help with practicing taekwondo between classes. It absorbes kicks and punches really well.

Very nice bag, can definitely be used for karate - kicking and punching. Great bag for the price. No issues at all.

Multiple hold points make using this pad in many different scenarios easy.

It worth every $. It absorbs kicks very well. It has a bit of smell that comes out of it when it breaths from kicks. Putting that aside, I love it.
