great product .use it for my 7 and 8 yr olds for football

This was the perfect pad for my son! Right now it works great for taekwondo but it would also be perfect for football, wresting or anything else him and his friends can think of. Product seems super durable and has been a big hit!

Very nice bag, can definitely be used for karate - kicking and punching. Great bag for the price. No issues at all.

Excellent beginner’s striking pad. While there are thicker, more sturdy versions on the market, this one does the job in most training sessions.

Used item it was not new as advertised

This seems to be decent enough for what it is. It’s a little hard and probably needs to be broken in a bit before it softens up. It’s just a little small for its intended purpose. Probably fine for youth/smaller players. If it was a little bigger I’d consider it almost perfect. Overall I gave it 4 stars because it serves its purpose. Using it in the driveway for my son to practice driving in taking contact and finishing layups.

Very easy to manage. Iv been using this with my basketball players. Easy to hold with the different handles. Great purchase.

I really wanted to like this its made out of good quality its just the straps and how you hold it at their bags seemed to be placed better and have better grip handles
