Worth the money. You can throw some serious blows to this thing.

The only reason I didn’t give it more stars is b/c the handles on it aren’t adjustable and look like their made to fit someone 5’2” and boney. I should have asked first. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from purchasing it but just know, if you have any size to you other then little, this may not be a good pad for you. You could hold it with your hands but you won’t get your forearm into it.

Received today, daughter loves it Excellent for her to practice her punches and kicks. Good quality, easy to hold. Will purchase again in the future.

It worth every $. It absorbs kicks very well. It has a bit of smell that comes out of it when it breaths from kicks. Putting that aside, I love it.

I bought two of these to prevent one of my autistic students from hitting his head on hard surfaces and the floor when upset or ill. They work wonderfully and help us to keep him safe without putting ourselves in harms way.

This is a well made piece of equipment that you need for martial arts training. It makes a perfect target for kicks and can also be used for punches m.
