> 3 dayNot only does it hold your pin while you work, but it makes cleanup a breeze and keeps pins from getting everywhere while sewing

> 3 dayIm new to sewing. The pins I originally bought had fine heads and were hard to see. It was also easy to miss one that might not bave made it back into its storage container. This magnetic pin cushion is sold with bright coloured pin heads which are easy to see. The cushion grips the pins firmly enough that when I turn it upside down the pins remain firmly attached to it. I can hover it around my work area to make sure I havent missed any pins or needles. I am happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayThis is so great! I was kind of skeptical just looking at it...thinking that the pins not right up against the surface (like if you have a pile) would not stick. Wrong! This magnet is so strong. It was so fun because I also bought new pins. I took them out of their packaging and just put them on my table. I turned this pin holder upside down over them, and they all just jumped right up into it! I could hold it upside down, and all the pins stayed! The base is heavy enough that when I am grabbing a pin off of it, it doesnt slide around on the table. Im really happy I bought this!

Greater than one weekIve purchased 3 of these now, as I have separate rooms for fabric cutting and sewing and was finding that one always made it to the wrong room, lol. The 3rd was mostly to get more good pins & because theyre fun colors. Definitely recommend. Just be careful around your other tools - the magnet is strong & itll grab anything steel!

> 3 dayIts still magnetized, but day before yesterdy (and its less than a week old), it got knocked off the ironing board, and when I picked it up, it had a big chunk broken not-quite-out of the rim of the plastic housing. Now, I realize that the magnet still mags -- not a single pin dropped off when it fell -- or if they did, they fell into space as it hit the floor, and immediately bounced back up onto the upside-down surface of the blue plastice. I also realize that not all plastics are made equal and some may cost a bit more to house the magnet in than others, but could Blue Feather not have specified to the factory to use one that was not expected to break when it hit linoleum over concrete when dropped from the height of an ironing board? After all, many of us have playful cats. Playful kids. Some of us even have periodic playful earthquakes (we know who we are.) Things do fall off ironing boards. This is within the Prime period for sending it back, but Im not sure its ethical to ask to send it back, damaged, so Im keeping it. As I say -- the magnet still mags. But I implore you, Blue Feather -- have a talk with your manufacturer and see if you can come up with a more durable plastic. If I find out you have, Ill buy the improved model. And write a new review.

Greater than one weekworks great to keep pins readily available in one place and not on the floor! Powerful magnet lighter than old one my mother gave me years ago. I really like it.
