very very bright white, if your tiles aren’t super bright white it might look a little off, but honestly a great quick fix. it isn’t as precise as i’d like, especially if your grout lines aren’t perfect or vary in depth/thickness, but overall easy to use and worked as described

My requirement was to brighten up 20 year old dingy looking grout .. grout that was fine otherwise ... and avoid the mess and expense of replacing the grout. My tiles are pure white glazed with a row of black around the perimeter. The Grout Pen White worked out great and the end product looked excellent. I believe I gave the product the best chance of success via industrial grout cleaner, a narrow scrub brush and elbow grease. The tip worked fine for me once i got the hang of it .. it is narrow, but as it gets wet and is dragged along the grout it sort of blossoms a bit into something like a brush .. which is good as it lets you work the liquid into sometimes uneven spots .. if you push down too hard the brush may open up too much ... wear a inexpensive rubber glove and halfway through the job pull the tip out and reverse it. If you have a tricky corner or a larger/wider than usual grout line/area save it for the end of the job and you can easily remove the top of the pen with a pliers, poor the liquid onto a paper plate and use a cheap toothbrush to apply. As my tiles are glazed any excess was easily wiped away with a dry paper towel. I cant say for sure how much area you can expect to cover .. I would think it depends on the size of the tiles and the amount of grout ... and for me I went over it a second time as some parts of the grout were way darker than others .. 2nd pass coverage was fine. I was very happy to have completed the job with a bit less than 2 pens. The test of time will tell if there are issues .. but so far it looks good .. every 4 or 5 days the floor is cleaned with Spic and Span .. and in between with a non-ammonia spray cleaner daily.

I like this product it works really well on the grout; however, it’s a little pricey for how much area it does

I loved this product. I had it at home for a couple of months before I decided to use it. I am now hooked and have regretted a whole kitchen plus eating area, two bathrooms and a laundry room all with two white grout pens. Once you start an small area there is no stopping until you finish all the tiled areas.

We have an older home, over 70 years old, with lots of tile work. Much of the grout, particularly the floors, though sound, is discolored. We have found these pens to be a simple and economical way to bring the grout lines back to an attractive state. It takes a bit of doing to get used to using them well, but once you do, it goes very fast. The results are wonderful. We have repurchased pens several times and are very happy with the result. We have been using them long enough to know that the result is long lasting and stands up just find to use and to cleaning. We are extremely happy with the economy, ease of use, and beautiful results of these pens.

Covered my dingy grout but tip gets worn out quickly , they need to improve the durability of the applicator.

Not crazy about this product. Not sure what I was expecting, but not this. It doesn’t clean, it just covers like shoe polish. Would not buy again.

I installed white tile into my main bathroom with two large black dogs and a love of spray tan- not very smart. I felt like I was continuously scrubbing the tile and grout, i also had it pressure washed and I was just about to have someone come in and regrout the tile but thought I would give this a shot first. It takes a bit of time, but it looks so much better and is so much cheaper! It is also very satisfying to watch your progress so the time isn’t too bad.
