> 3 dayAmazing quick use product to make your grout come back to life BUT, be sure to buy the extra tips for the pen Bc it gets easily worn down. Just had to order some extras but, WORTH IT!

> 3 dayMy requirement was to brighten up 20 year old dingy looking grout .. grout that was fine otherwise ... and avoid the mess and expense of replacing the grout. My tiles are pure white glazed with a row of black around the perimeter. The Grout Pen White worked out great and the end product looked excellent. I believe I gave the product the best chance of success via industrial grout cleaner, a narrow scrub brush and elbow grease. The tip worked fine for me once i got the hang of it .. it is narrow, but as it gets wet and is dragged along the grout it sort of blossoms a bit into something like a brush .. which is good as it lets you work the liquid into sometimes uneven spots .. if you push down too hard the brush may open up too much ... wear a inexpensive rubber glove and halfway through the job pull the tip out and reverse it. If you have a tricky corner or a larger/wider than usual grout line/area save it for the end of the job and you can easily remove the top of the pen with a pliers, poor the liquid onto a paper plate and use a cheap toothbrush to apply. As my tiles are glazed any excess was easily wiped away with a dry paper towel. I cant say for sure how much area you can expect to cover .. I would think it depends on the size of the tiles and the amount of grout ... and for me I went over it a second time as some parts of the grout were way darker than others .. 2nd pass coverage was fine. I was very happy to have completed the job with a bit less than 2 pens. The test of time will tell if there are issues .. but so far it looks good .. every 4 or 5 days the floor is cleaned with Spic and Span .. and in between with a non-ammonia spray cleaner daily.

Greater than one weekThis pen worked nicely for touching up, but I was not able to finish the job because the tube ran out before I got to the shower seat. I would say you need two tubes for retouching a shower floor. It has not been six hours so I have not tested it fully. Looks nice now.

> 3 dayHere is a picture of a small section I’ve done on my bathroom wall. You can see it makes a pretty big difference. This is just 1 coat and it did soak into the grout pretty well. I went out of the lines onto the tile a little, so I let it dry and then wiped it off with a wet wash cloth. It came right off of the tile but stayed put in the grout, so I’m hoping once you let it really soak in well it’ll stay even after washing the wall with cleaner. The pen has the be shaken and depressed every few minutes, so that’s a bit of a pain but it works just a Sharpie paint marker. My bathroom is pretty small and I’m eager to see how much just 1 pen covers. I’ll likely buy again.

Greater than one weekI found it very easy to use and it instantly refreshes old grout lines to look like new! I used this on our white tiled kitchen counters and island, the area that gets the most discolored from food. I used to use white paint with a small paint brush to refresh the grout in the kitchen, but that would take time and start to peel off and not last that long. If chunks of grout actually came out (rare), I assume Id need to mix some grout and fill it with that, but for discolored tile, I just quickly use this on top of my old discolored grout lines, and its fantastic, I would buy this again for my needs. it probably helps that the tile is white too, but if i go over the grout line onto the tile, it easily comes off the tile. I just got this pen, so i couldnt review the longevity or easy to remove yet. I also dont know how this would work in the shower where water gets on it all the time, our shower tiles dont have white grout and arent discolored. But for the kitchen with white tile and white grout, its so far ideal!

> 3 dayI was very nervous about using these given the mixed reviews, so hopefully this helps anyone on the fence about using them. I bought two different colors, the gray and the white. The gray definitely has a slight blue-ish cast, so if that is going to bother you use a different brand. The white is a true bright white without any ivory or yellow. Do not count on this matching your existing grout. You will not be able to just touch up a few areas. Just plan on doing the entire room. As to usage, I was pleasantly surprised by how far these went. I did the entire floor of my large master bathroom plus a little of the shower with one pen. The shower floor has small hex tile with larger grout lines so that took a little over two pens. Some tips: shake very well when first taking out of the package and any time you start working again after a pause. Depress the tip several times on to a paper plate or directly onto the grout line to get the paint flowing. Press very lightly when going over the grout. The tips lasted almost all the way to the end of my project. If the coverage starts to thin, pause and depress the tip a few more times. I would do about a 1x1 foot area, then pass over it lightly with a damp paper towel to get any overage off the tile. It is pretty forgiving and you have quite a bit of working time before it dries completely on the tile. If the tip gets too ragged you can pull it out (I used the damp paper towel) and flip it around. This was not a quick task but it went faster than I thought it would. I was worried the white would look too bright, but it just makes everything look so much cleaner. Very happy with this product!

> 3 dayWasted a lot of it just trying to get the paint on the vertical bath tiles. It would work better for flat surfaces. Gave up and bought a brush and enamel paint. However, I used the thicker tip for the bath floor and that worked well.

Greater than one weekStarted to use this on my kitchen tile counter for about 30 min. I was excited because it looked good, however, the pen tip started to fray and the paint would barely come out, even after vigorous shaking.

> 3 dayNot hard to use. Need more than one. Covers well, but the felt tip gets frayed so application becomes difficult.
