> 3 dayIf you want to touch up a few tiles this is fine. Anything bigger and you will probably not be happy with this .

Greater than one weekI posted a negative review on this product and the company contacted me. They apologized for the markers and wanted to refund me. I told them I was ok with not being refunded because as bummed as I was sometimes things just happen on a production line that are out of you hands and I think thats what happened here. The next day after that they refunded the money anyways. I wanted to update my review with this information but editing the old review was not an option so I wrote this instead. The markers that were good were very impressive. The look of the shower after finishing was a complete transformation and looked beautiful. In all I believe this company to be honorable with a quality of product that is great too. Like I said, sometimes production lines can get wonky, it can happen to anyone and this company did all they could to please me.

> 3 dayThis was my first time using a grout pen. It worked as intended. You can definitely see the difference from before. It took me a second to get the hang of using the pen, as far as shaking it, dabbing it, and then gliding it. Im an impatient person. I wore through the tip pretty easily. The seller was kind enough to send me replacement tips for no extra charge with a reminder of how to best use the product. From there, it was smooth sailing. I do wish that flow of ink was more consistent; thered be times when it would flow like an uncontrollable river and then other times where I had to dab and press to get the smallest amount out. In those moments, I thought the pen was dry...until the uncontrollable river would yet again flow. I guess im saying that its hard to know when the pen is actually dry. To grout seal my master bath floor, shower, upstairs bath floor, and laundry room, I ended up buying 4-5 of these pens. It adds up, but theres not much you can do about it. And its a good product. It did what I wanted it to do. I bought one last pen to have for touchups.

> 3 dayIts easy to use, except it was hard to get in the thinner grout lines, mostly wasted product on the tile going back and forth to get it down in the grout line. Using a damp cloth, it wipes right off the tile. I dont recommend for price and time, especially if you have small tiles! Im not sure how much I was expecting to get out of 1 pen, but I only got 6 sqft. (Thats 6, 12in by 12in square) I waited a few months to buy this product and now I wish I didnt bother. Debating if Im going to buy 4-5 more to wish my bathroom. Ugh

> 3 dayI really liked the pen when I did the first 3 square feet of tile. However it is not long lasting. It started to dry out after I had done only 1/4th of my countertops and once it was drier, the tip frayed. I liked it enough to buy a another to finish the kitchen however the second did not allow ink to flow as smoothly as the first. It didn’t cover the grout well like the first 1/4th of the kitchen and frayed even faster.

Greater than one weekI was able to cover half the length (~30M rather than 60M) with my pen.

> 3 dayI was a bit worried on getting this not knowing if it would actually work, our bathroom is very old and no matter how much it gets cleaned it always looked dirty. I decided to give this a try and I gotta tell you, I’m impressed! You can def tell the difference, & how much brighter the tiles look. I would get this again! I gave 4 stars because I do wish it was a bit more pigmented, I had to go over the lines about 2-3 times. Overall it’s a great product!

> 3 dayNot hard to use. Need more than one. Covers well, but the felt tip gets frayed so application becomes difficult.
