> 3 dayHad a very nasty looking ring of yellow at the front base of my toilet. No doubt I could call it a “guy ring”. Had purchased a large container of filler from big box store that asked my guy to use on the stain. I was frustrated that my guy never attempted to use it, so I read the directions and found that I needed a special applicator gun for filling the grout line. After some research and reading the reviews, I found this handy dandy pen. PERFECT!!!! Not only was it super easy to use, it covered the stain easily and quickly in one application. I did my second toilet as well. I probably should have gotten off white to match what was there already. Instead I just ran a line around the whole base. My only wish if there to be a larger amount or larger pen for reapplication if it turns yellow again. Hence why one star is taken away. I would gladly just order a second one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

> 3 dayI posted a negative review on this product and the company contacted me. They apologized for the markers and wanted to refund me. I told them I was ok with not being refunded because as bummed as I was sometimes things just happen on a production line that are out of you hands and I think thats what happened here. The next day after that they refunded the money anyways. I wanted to update my review with this information but editing the old review was not an option so I wrote this instead. The markers that were good were very impressive. The look of the shower after finishing was a complete transformation and looked beautiful. In all I believe this company to be honorable with a quality of product that is great too. Like I said, sometimes production lines can get wonky, it can happen to anyone and this company did all they could to please me.

> 3 dayIt works, but you have to keep applying. Get several because the brush smashes down quickly.

> 3 dayAmazing quick use product to make your grout come back to life BUT, be sure to buy the extra tips for the pen Bc it gets easily worn down. Just had to order some extras but, WORTH IT!

> 3 dayStarted to use this on my kitchen tile counter for about 30 min. I was excited because it looked good, however, the pen tip started to fray and the paint would barely come out, even after vigorous shaking.

> 3 dayI wasnt even finished touching up the relatively few areas of grout that had mildew stains in my small shower, and the tip became frayed and was impossible to get a precise application and even get more solution out of the tube. Update: After I submitted this review, the company contacted me right away, apologized, and wanted me to be happy with the purchase. The rep, Ashley, explained how to use the product to avoid the issues I had. If only I had known those instructions beforehand! She also refunded me the purchase price AND said shed send me replacement tips. What incredible customer service! I am changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars. I will definitely buy from this company again.

03-06-2025I was a bit worried on getting this not knowing if it would actually work, our bathroom is very old and no matter how much it gets cleaned it always looked dirty. I decided to give this a try and I gotta tell you, I’m impressed! You can def tell the difference, & how much brighter the tiles look. I would get this again! I gave 4 stars because I do wish it was a bit more pigmented, I had to go over the lines about 2-3 times. Overall it’s a great product!

> 3 dayWe have an original bathroom floor (built 1950s) with 1 tile. We have not been able to keep the grout clean, so I thought I would give the grout pen a try. 1. It works, as you can see in the pictures. 2. Because of the amount of grout, I had to buy seven pens to get to the second picture. I bought three more to finish it off which I have yet to do. 3. This is time-consuming work. Because the grout was wider than the pen, I had to go over each grout line several times. 4. The pen is frustrating. It starts off working well, then it needs priming which smashes the tip so you no longer have a fine line. This worked for me because my grout was wider than the pen tip, but it would be hard to keep a fine line otherwise. I finally started priming with my fingers to try to keep the pointed tip, but that only worked for a while. I even flipped the pen tip to try to keep the fine line, but eventually both ends were smashed. 5. It was really hard to know if there was more grout in the pen, so I may have thrown away pens that still had grout, but it wasnt coming out, so I tossed the pen. I see this as a temporary solution, but I am thrilled with how my floor looks. I am not sure how long the grout will hold up, but this is good for now.
