After a disastrous visit to the dentist, I caved and ordered the TikTok-famous pulling oil. From day 1 I noticed fresher breath and less sensitivity. By day 7 there was noticiable whitening! My teeth are brighter and cleaner; sensitivities COMPLETELY gone, and my breath smells ultra-fresh. I couldn’t recommend this product enough for gum health and natural whitening.

This stuff is very nice, my teeth feel cleaner, smoother and it does change your breath . I’ve never done oil pulling before and I didn’t know I needed this til I tried it

Ok so I’ve used this for months now and I love it. However, I usually buy it from Walmart but they were sold out so I ordered from here and it arrived damaged and messy. I threw it away immediately, trying to save the floors, but didn’t think about keeping it for return. Amazon came through for me so I didn’t lose out and the pulling oil works so well that I’m still here to praise it.

I know overall it’s helped my oral hygiene, my mouth instantly feels fresh and clean after I’ve used the pulling oil my only complaint would be that I was hoping it would whiten my teeth but it didn’t help too much with that.

Wanted to try mainly for the teeth whitening . I couldn’t start out at 20 minutes . I started at 2 minutes and have worked myself up to 10 . I could immediately notice the difference in the shade of my teeth from the first use. The taste is not bad. And it leaves a long freshness in your mouth .

It doesnt taste bad. I can handle the consistency. Works pretty well. I use it a couple times a week.

I absolutely love this pulling oil. I dont know how I ever live my life without foolingual. The first time that I used it The taste was very different I wouldnt say it was bad it was just very different you could definitely tell its all natural so I had to get used to it but I mean the second time it was fine. I almost immediately saw results within the first two days of using this product with my teeth being whiter. I have tried the Crest 3D whitening strips and they work so and so they make my teeth very sensitive I have tried the LED lights and that does not work on my teeth this however I would say is the best whitener if you would call it that that Ive ever used and I would definitely recommend this to anybody who just wants overall better mouth hygiene and whiter teeth.

When I 1st tried this, the feeling of oil in my mouth made me gag slightly, but as I continued to use it I got used to the taste and texture. Its not sweet at all and has a hint of peppermint flavor. My jaws were initially tired after swishing around for 15-20 minutes, but now Im used to it. When I started using this product I was taking an antibiotic for an abscess. Within 3 days my abscess was gone! Im sure the antibiotics had a lot to do with it, but I believe oil pulling helped speed the healing process up tremendously. Ive now been oil pulling for 3 months and have received praise from my dentist for how plaque free and healthy my teeth and gums are. I like this brand better than using coconut oil and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to try oil pulling.

I liked everything about this product. With everything included, your entire mouth is squeaky clean.
