I don’t know wwwww or h!!!!! But it does. Gums stopped bleeding so much, gums look/feel better: taste isn’t soo bad until you get a weird taste but I can live. Just gargle before jumping on the shower and boom!

Just started using the product. I’ve done oil pulling with organic coconut oil. This tastes minty and fresh. I thought the taste was better than regular coconut oil. Trying to get into a better oral health regimen and this looks like a good place to start. Highly recommended.

When I 1st tried this, the feeling of oil in my mouth made me gag slightly, but as I continued to use it I got used to the taste and texture. Its not sweet at all and has a hint of peppermint flavor. My jaws were initially tired after swishing around for 15-20 minutes, but now Im used to it. When I started using this product I was taking an antibiotic for an abscess. Within 3 days my abscess was gone! Im sure the antibiotics had a lot to do with it, but I believe oil pulling helped speed the healing process up tremendously. Ive now been oil pulling for 3 months and have received praise from my dentist for how plaque free and healthy my teeth and gums are. I like this brand better than using coconut oil and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to try oil pulling.

I am completely satisfied. I have been using for just over two months and I can visibly see the reversal of cavities on some of my back molars. I will be continuing to purchase this!!!

Ive been seeing alot of videos of people using this product so I decided to start trying to use it after 3 kids my teeth have been getting petty bad and I wanted to try new things to help get them at least a little better to feel better about myself. The oil is thick so it was a little weird when I first started using it but I just follow the easy instructions included on the bottle to help my mouth feel way cleaner after using! So Ill give a few weeks and have to update my review hopefully it helps

I’ve managed to whiten my teeth and remove stubborn plaque within a few days, this product is phenomenal. This is not to say that you should forget about the dentist, however anyone that has ever had to go through teeth brightening or the dreaded deep cleaning process, should give this product a try, you will be amazed by the results. Just follow the instructions on box and prepare to be amazed by the results. I recommend it highly and will be re-ordering again!

My teeth has become very stained and yellow over the years. I used to be a heavy smoker and age has a lot to do with it too, but I hated to look at my teeth. Every time I smiled and looked in the mirror and I saw these yellow teeth, so I started researching to see what I could do and I’m tired of tiff and I came across this product so I tried it now as of today’s date of only been using it for a week, but OMG I see a great difference in my teeth they’re not as yellow their shiny and clean is that my mouth feels after I use this product is amazing you have to try
