I don’t know wwwww or h!!!!! But it does. Gums stopped bleeding so much, gums look/feel better: taste isn’t soo bad until you get a weird taste but I can live. Just gargle before jumping on the shower and boom!

Came here from the tiktok lady and was not disappointed. It tastes fairly good and has whitened my teeth and my gums seems healthier.

Since purchasing, I have seen improvement and teeth whitening. The taste is not so great but as long as you are consistent you should see results. Remember do not spit in the drains.

This product is incredible you can feel and see the difference after just one use. The tongue scraper that comes with it is the perfect size and great for cleaning all the residue from your tongue after swishing it around. The bottle says 2 minutes and work up to 10 but I recommend doing the full 10 and working up to 20 min if possible. Overall it’s an excellent way to boost your oral hygiene!

So Ill definitely do another review on this but I wanted to say this. I recently had some gum issues especially on the bottom of my mouth. Im a heavy caffeine drinker. So I do alot of teeth whitening or damage to my teeth. So after using this today my gums do feel a minor bit better. The thick oil after using was hard to get use to. I had to brush more then use my ACT mouth wash which is probably not good. But it was like having cooking oil sitting in my mouth. Im going to keep using it twice a day and see what happens. Ill come back for an update

This stuff works but if you have texture issues it will be hard to get through the 5-10 minutes it says. I mixed mine with a little mouth wash. Without it I personally could not keep it in my mouth for a second with out spitting it out. I do notice it works when I do mix it with a little bit of mouth wash. I wish there was more of a mint flavor to it in general.

Definitely think it’s helping my gums and teeth.

The metal scrapper is able to really remove film from tongue. The rinse has a minty flavor enjoy using this product

I love this product. It’s an excellent mouth wash! It keeps the mouth clean and fresh! It has a lovely minty smell and taste.
